    Day 20 Meditation - 30 Days Spiritual Discipline By Paul F Gorman. Stay In God Consciousness to Witness Miracle.

    Day 20 Meditation Seed. After listening to the Classes, keep your mind on this all day. Miracle Self Teacher Paul F Gorman's 30 Days Spiritual Discipline including daily meditation for each day. Start the Series by listening to the introductory class (25 mins). Listen to it as many times during the day as you can, and during the following days too and then continue with other classes when you are ready. The more you absorb and take deeply into consciousness the message given in the class, and every following class, the more you spiritualize consciousness thereby dissolving false material awareness for Truth. Because consciousness is experience the more you are actively aware of Spirit and Truth each hour -- instead of materiality -- the more you witness discordant experience dissolve to witness the need become fulfilled. After you have listened to the class at least once, play the Day 1 Meditation. Play it a few times. Become familiar with the truth it is stating. Remember it, at least the essence of it. Begin saying it yourself -- or use your own version of the idea. Repeat it slowly and deliberately, feeling its truth. You will use this truth statement (this idea) throughout the day -- constantly throughout the day. Every time you can -- even if you have just 10 or 20 or 30 seconds between getting up and walking to the other side of the room -- use those seconds to remember and repeat the truth statement. If you have longer, keep the truth statement(s) alive in consciousness, saying it or them over and over -- always deliberately and with feeling -- so that you are filling yourself full to overflowing with Truth. Utterly disallow the mind to dwell on "the problem" no matter what or how severe or overwhelming or urgent or long-standing the problem is. The problem is nothing more than discordant illusory sense (false, material sense) appearing as reality because consciousness is experience always seeming to be real to the mind as yet unaware of Truth. But no problem is Real no matter what category of discord, lack or limitation it is. Then, when by keeping the mind filled with this truth, you begin to feel a peace within, stop and be still, and silent, and gently be attentive, listen, to your consciousness. Be sensitive to your feelings within. Feel your withinness, your consciousness, your body. You will feel a relaxedness, a peace, a warmth, spaciousness, joy or even bliss welling up within, filling you, taking you over. It may be very slight or it may palpably fill and saturate your senses. However you feel it, know that it is God, Spirit, Truth being felt as the very You of you. This is the healing, harmonizing, rejuvenating, restoring miracle of Truth felt happening as every grain of your being and world. Therefore bathe in It, find your complete satisfaction in It. Trust It and It alone. Never trust man or thing or condition or amount or activity. Trust God alone felt happening within.
