Ananda also provides sound healing, specifically in the form of sound bowls as well as a wonderful gong. This gong creates vibrations that serve to improve one's overall health and well-being - since everything is essentially vibration when we break it down on a quantum level. TM has helped my life more than any modality I've ever used. It is the bedrock of my self-development practices and it brought me out of depression and from the grips of Crohn's Disease by calming my nervous system and helping to quiet my mind. Bob joins us to discuss some of the benefits of TM as well as some exciting news on one of the projects he's currently working on - integrating TM into the healthcare system of the United States. This will be a paradigm-shifting process when Bob and his team succeed, as TM can truly provide a means for people to begin to take control of their health - from the inside out! We also discuss some of his experiences teaching celebrities including Tom Hanks, Oprah Winfrey, and Katy Perry. It was so amazing to have Bob on the show, and he will be back hopefully sooner than later to discuss many more interesting topics including a group meditation being planned for this winter in Katar in which the TM movement is aiming for 10,000 meditators to meet and meditate together for 4 weeks and study the effects it will have. This type of group meditation was done before by the TM movement and it significantly dropped global violent crime by a very measurable margin. It will be wonderful to see this happen now in the information age with the internet and the exposure this process will generate as well as demonstrating the power of this meditation, particularly in a group setting.
