I would like your advice on 2 things I'm a 26 year old girl, training 5-6 days a week - most of it is CrossFit style, with more emphasis on strength exercises, weightlifting, conditioning and running, and most of the time I fall between L2 and L3. Lately I've noticed myself getting stronger and more fit, but I still feel very stuck Despite my general improvement, my back squat stays pretty much the same and I have no idea how to improve that, and it makes me lose confidence Another thing I struggle with is getting under the bar in Snatches and OHS. I find power snatches easier, and can't get myself to squat under the bar. I believe it's a combination of lack of confidence in the overhead position along with a mental barrier. What's your advice for overcoming that? I see other girls lifting heavy and in my head I know I could do it too, but then I get in front of the barbell and I just can't I find comparison so irrelevant and silly, but I guess I just want to show myself that I can do what I believe I can 2.)
