Nicola started her company Kitui, specialising in high-end hair and beauty treatments, when she was just 21. Fifteen years on, at the age of just 36, Nicola was diagnosed with breast cancer. During treatment, she was appalled by the discovery of poor services for those with hair loss, and so she researched the whole wig industry and started a second business, The Wonderful Wig Company. Nicola created a purpose-built support studio for clients in the area with medical hair loss and cancer. She became one of the UK’s most qualified experts in her field, all whilst still in cancer treatment. Moomin Characters Ltd owns the rights and licenses the original artwork of the Moomins, created by Tove Jansson (1914-2001), an illustrator, writer and artist from Finland. The Moomins are a family of white and roundish trolls with large snouts that live in Moominvalley. Before joining Moomin Characters, Roleff worked in the publishing industry for 15 years which is where he found his true purpose in his professional career. Previous to that, he was a fish monger, something he is very proud of, and claims laid the foundation for his skills in sales.
