rollie is just great. i loved his youtube show and the podcast is just an extension of that. the fact it’s not only climate gloom and doom helps a lot. i really enjoyed the crossover episodes with “crimes pays but botany doesn’t”. more crossover episodes with other podcasters who i like please? Robert Evans next?

On the show “there are just too many people” you make nonsense claims that overpopulation is not really an issue and it is really a wealthy racist troupe. Huh? No wonder this issue never gets addressed. You ignore the fact that this population increase has led directly to our current sixth mass extinction event. Meanwhile you both laugh because it is only 1 percent growth. (As an example) Well that 1 percent growth means 3 million plus people to our country which you failed to mention. Why America is already overpopulated in its short history is because of so called educated people not talking in numbers but in percentages. Yes maybe immigration has decreased percentage wise but it is an actual increase in PEOPLE!!! Because we are a land of people not percentages and that actual people is better to understand when we are well over 340 million people. All those people add Carbon dioxide to the atmosphere and take up space and resources and directly lead to extinction of species. (Especially in the US where carbon footprint is larger than most countries). Wonder why are rivers are so polluted? Please go to the Tijuana River currently, it is a SuperFund site waiting to be approved. Pure environmental devastation all due to development and the problems associated with it. Instead of actually saying facts you just try to be politically correct, and ignore the truth and that is why we are in this mess in the first place. Not once did you mention that our planet went from 1 billion people to over 8 billion people in less than 120 years. You think that is an issue? Environmentally???Done listening to this nonsense. But the population growth percentages are low they say. When is too many 400 million? No we are already past people being able to visit uncrowded national Parks.

Rollie and Nicole do a great job of keeping typically dry topics lively with their humor. It’s clear they’re knowledgable and passionate about the subject matter, but never shy away from a chance at a joke - even amidst a dreary topic
