    Bri gives insight into her new chapter of life, reflects on her time with podcast, and passes the role of host to Justin Eckerd who will be the podcast's new host moving forward.

    This episode marks the final installment of Season 1 of the Aluna Experience podcast, with host Bri formally passing the role to Justin, who has served as the podcast's editor and producer since its inception. Bri shares how she has relocated to Copenhagen and is entering a new life chapter. She shares about acclamation to her new environment, finding more community and new exciting creative endeavors she's currently pursuing.

    Katie Mae shares her insightful journey to presence, self compassion, trust and belonging.

    On this episode of The Aluna Experience Podcast, I talk to Katie Mae, who shares how fleeing from California wildfires and Florida hurricanes—events that could be be perceived as tragedy—were actually Divine guidance that led her to exactly where she was supposed to be. She shares how music, specifically dancing at Grateful Dead concerts, marked the beginning of her spiritual connection through music and dance, and how chronic medical issues and reaching a dead end in the medical system led her to a homeopathic healer who opened the doorway to the Bhagavad Gita, yoga, meditation, and a deepened spiritual practice. Through her journeys with Ayahuasca, Katie Mae came to embody a deeper understanding of her Jewish heritage and organized religion as a whole, finding compassion and empathy for all beings—especially herself.     Dylan shares his initiation through coming close to death and to his life changing experience communing with ayahuasca and aligning with the health and life of his dreams

    On this episode of the Aluna experience podcast I talk to Dylan who shares how at 23 years old he was faced with a medical illness which brought him close to death and bed ridden for 2 years, what he now calls a soul initiation.  Dylan shares his exploration of alternative healing modalities and finding ayahuasca where he experienced two very different nights with the medicine.  Night one was a stripping of identities, wounds, and any foundation of self that was built on false beliefs. A painful but necessary clearing to create space for what was to come the second night.  Dylan passionately shares how night 2 illuminated the many layers of self for Dylan— from his physical, to mental to spiritual to everything in between, above and beyond.     Brent shares his journey remembering how to feel, releasing control and recognizing he is indeed worthy of love.

    On this episode of The Aluna Experience Podcast, I talk to Brent who shares his call to plant medicine in order to change his unhealthy patterns and stop himself from “burning his life down” He shares how his journeys with Aluna helped him to reconnect with his sensitivity and his ability to feel at all.  He shares receiving a clear message to release control and to allow himself to feel his sadness and in doing so was able to connect to the universe from a quantum level, recognizing a feminine omnipresent presence.   Brent shares how he came to recognize fundamental beliefs from his childhood where he thought something was wrong with him and he was not worthy of love.     Jason shares his experience recognizing the overwhelming beauty of this life, death and over-coming a childhood core wound

    On this episode of The Aluna Experience Podcast, I talk to Jason, who communes with Ayahusca for the first time only days before joining me on the podcast.  Jason shares his desire to get to the root of some of his core wounds and better understand himself after spending years exploring healing through Western modalities ranging from talk therapy, meditation, antidepressants, and self help books— leading him to The Immortality Key by Brian C. Muraresku which planted the seed of natural medicines as used and celebrated through human history. Jason’s intention was to open and receive what the medicine wanted to show him and he shares how at times he was overwhelmed by the striking beauty of this human experience which includes life, death and every little moment in between. He shares his experience reconnecting with a childhood fear that was reenacted in a unique way at Aluna after the second night. This led him to finally being able to process, release and find peace in the dark.     Chad shares his healing journey outside of organized religion finding yoga, breathwork, and balancing the masculine and feminine

    On this episode of The Aluna Experience Podcast, I talk to Lily, Aluna Entheoguide who shares her heart and wisdom in regards to her medicine path, supporting others on theirs, authenticity, and walking the medicine path with a partner.  Lily shares the mindset needed to keep returning after difficult journeys and her devotion to her evolutionary path which means embracing the uncomfortable and stretching herself to continuously grow.  She shares the immense benefits of expressing one’s truth, having difficult conversations and finding ones authentic self.
