The Aluna Experience Podcast is a space for the Aluna community to share their transformational experiences with plant medicine and the Aluna family. Each episode is a new perspective, different intention and a whole bunch of plant medicine wisdom that we feel excited to share will all those who are curious, interested or even unsure about plant medicine.

    On this episode of The Aluna Experience Podcast, I talk to Brent who shares his call to plant medicine in order to change his unhealthy patterns and stop himself from “burning his life down” He shares how his journeys with Aluna helped him to reconnect with his sensitivity and his ability to feel at all.  He shares receiving a clear message to release control and to allow himself to feel his sadness and in doing so was able to connect to the universe from a quantum level, recognizing a feminine omnipresent presence.   Brent shares how he came to recognize fundamental beliefs from his childhood where he thought something was wrong with him and he was not worthy of love.     Jason shares his experience recognizing the overwhelming beauty of this life, death and over-coming a childhood core wound

    On this episode of The Aluna Experience Podcast, I talk to Jason, who communes with Ayahusca for the first time only days before joining me on the podcast.  Jason shares his desire to get to the root of some of his core wounds and better understand himself after spending years exploring healing through Western modalities ranging from talk therapy, meditation, antidepressants, and self help books— leading him to The Immortality Key by Brian C. Muraresku which planted the seed of natural medicines as used and celebrated through human history. Jason’s intention was to open and receive what the medicine wanted to show him and he shares how at times he was overwhelmed by the striking beauty of this human experience which includes life, death and every little moment in between.     Lucy shares her journey to self love and recognizing the beauty of the life she has created

    On this episode of The Aluna Experience Podcast, I talk to Lucy who shares her healing journey to Aluna and how Ayahuasca helped her to fall back in love with life. Lucy shares the call to medicine after recognizing a feeling that there was something missing, something she has been seeking her whole life and plant medicine helped her find what that was; herself. She shares her experience in reliving her late ex husbands passing and how he helped her to recognize the timeless flow of energy which never dies. This connected Lucy to a deeper sense of understanding and acceptance which supported the realization to not fear life but instead fall back in love with it. Lucy shares what it felt like to connect and love her inner child, revisiting both difficult and beautiful memories from her childhood and finding a sense of remembrance in who she actually is. She connects to her young children as adults and finds faith in her unfolding, discovering an understanding of her masculine and feminine energies within and connecting to an embodied feeling of self love.
