George Milton

Everyone is going to fail and when this happens, most people will experience their failure as a negative expectation. Revolutionary Keynote Speaker, Author, and Master Trainer Colonel George Milton has made overcoming failure his life. Yet, he went on to earn multiple degrees, and was inducted into the U.S. Army Officer Candidate School Hall of Fame. At FINTP, we motivate people to “Be All They Can Be” by helping them change their mindset to experience failure as positive outcomes instead of negative expectations. Failure Is Not The Problem w/ Janeen Tang

Welcome to episode forty-seven of Failure is Not the Problem. I’m George A. Milton, AKA “America’s Failure Coach.” I’ve spent the last 30+ years coaching, mentoring, leading, and training audiences around the world on the positive aspects of how to use their failed experiences to become successful. Join me and our guest for the week: Janeen Tang Janeen Tang is a speech-language pathologist with over 20 years of experience, working alongside children and adults with neurodiversity. Janeen also has an 13 year old son who is neurodivergent. He suffered a traumatic brain injury and stroke at 13 months old, making him special needs as well. Her personal and professional relationship with this amazing population has forever changed her. She hopes to change their world too. She recently published her first book called "Play Dumb, & Sabotage". It addresses early language development and is meant to be helpful for parents, caregivers, and educators to work with young children and hopefully decrease the number of children needing speech therapy. Through preventative training, she believes we can achieve success and raise confident communicators. Make sure to check out her book, and take a minute to visit her website: playdumbandsabotage.com You can also follow her on instagram, or contact her directly at jeaneentang@playdumbandsabotage.com You are a champion. How do I know? Because you showed up. If you want to be successful, half the battle is showing up. Most of us from a very early age have been conditioned to believe that failure is negative, but that’s simply not true. Let’s connect! WebsiteBooks Hosted on Acast.
