    The importance of women protecting freebirth as an option & choosing it in autonomy

    Hey mamas! I'm back with another well-intentioned ramble. Today, talking about freebirth. After the guardian article that came out and it's going pretty viral in the birth world, I just wanted to share my thoughts about something that is not being discussed as much as I think it should.     A postpartum social media break to heal & reflect

    Hi loves! It's been a while. I took an unexpected 4 month social media break, which has given me the space to reflect a bunch, focus on some health challenges that I've been facing, and redirect my energy to things in my life that have needed watering. I've been tending to my garden literally & metaphorically. During this time I have connected to the healer in me, the herbalist that wanted to flourish and be one with nature.
