Rehumanizing Real Estate in the Age of AI with Skye Michiels

Real estate is changing faster than most agents can keep up with. Between the noise of new tech and the pressure to stay relevant, it’s easy to lose sight of what really matters. We sat down with Skye Michiels right after his talk at PropTech South to unpack what it really means to rehumanize the real estate experience. Skye is a national real estate coach and founder of With Heart Coaching, working with agents and brokers across the country to grow their business with clarity and connection.  In this conversation, he shares why AI isn’t the biggest threat to agents, it’s distraction. We get into the core human skills that will still matter five years from now, the hamster wheel dilemma of chasing every new tool, and why consistency always wins over complexity. We also talked about how agents can stay focused on human connection in a world full of tools trying to automate every part of the process. He breaks down the three skills every agent needs to master if they want to stay valuable: empathy, tolerance for ambiguity, and consistency.  Skye’s message is clear: real estate will always be a relationship business but only if we treat it that way. If you’re ready to rethink your approach and cut through the noise, this episode is for you. Specifically, this episode highlights the following themes: Why distraction is a bigger threat than AI itselfThe three human skills every agent must prioritizeHow to train teams in short, actionable sprintsLinks from this episode: Know more about Skye Michiels: https://www.linkedin.com/in/skye-michielsLearn more about With Heart Coaching: https://www.withheartcoaching.comEmail Skye: skye@withheartcoaching.comFollow Skye on Instagram: @skyemichielsLearn more about Doorify MLS: https://doorifymls.com 1ae5b43598204883b524f061d4880e6d10fca88c (for podfollow.com)

Tools That Help Agents Stay Connected with Clients with Kevin Greene

AI is changing everything, but in real estate, it’s not replacing the human connection. It’s helping agents stay relevant long after the closing day. In this episode, I’m joined by Kevin Greene, Senior Vice President and General Manager at Cotality (formerly CoreLogic), the team behind Matrix, OneHome, and Realist. We talk about how smart tools are reshaping the way agents connect with clients, before, during, and long after the transaction.  Kevin breaks down how AI, behavior data, and client engagement tools are working together to support agents as lifelong advisors, not just dealmakers. We also get into Cotality’s newest platform, OneHomeowner, and how it’s designed to keep that connection alive years down the road.  Kevin gives us an inside look at Cotality’s ecosystem, including how Matrix powers the agent’s daily workflow, how OneHome keeps clients in the loop, and how Realist puts key data at your fingertips. If you’re ready to build longer-lasting client relationships, this one’s worth your time. Hit play to hear what’s possible when AI, data, and smart platforms work for you. Doorify MLS x UNC Kenan-Flagler: Fixing Housing Supply Through Smarter Policy with Jacob Sagi and Eric Maribojoc

Affordability isn't just a market issue, it's a policy outcome. Cities across the country are struggling to get housing supply right, and the rules they set often make things harder, not better. In this episode, I sit down with Jacob Sagi and Eric Maribojoc from UNC Kenan-Flagler to talk through the real-world impact of zoning, regulation, and policy on housing supply. We unpack the often overlooked consequences of things like fire escape codes and discretionary approvals, and why some cities are stuck while others are seeing real progress.  From the rise of accessory dwelling units (ADUs) to the “gentle density” movement, we look at what’s working and where it’s falling short. It’s a grounded, sharp conversation about the forces shaping where and how we live. If you care about housing, zoning, or how smart policy decisions can change the landscape, this is a must-listen. Hit play and hear what the future of housing could actually look like. EasyDigz Integrates with Doorify to Support Brokers with Michael Walliser

Scaling in real estate shouldn’t mean stacking on more tech that just adds noise. It should mean cutting through the clutter and actually getting more done. I’m joined by Michael Walliser, a seasoned broker and the founder of EasyDigz — a white-label platform designed to streamline everything from lead capture to client follow-up. Michael’s not some outsider chasing a trend. He built this after years in the trenches — REO deals, cold calls, desk fees, and managing chaos with checklists. That experience shaped a tool that solves real problems for real agents.  We get into his partnership with Doorify, what agents can expect when they sign up, and why now’s the time to stop duct-taping your tech stack together.  Michael walks through the setup process, how EasyDigz helps agents respond faster, and why owning your data and domain makes a real difference. If you’re scaling, switching, or starting out, this episode is a must-listen.
