The “I” Thought Dissolved – Sahaja Samadhi Explained

Send us Fan Mail The “I” Thought Dissolved – Sahaja Samadhi Explained In this episode I share the precise shift when the root “I” thought dissolved. During a Shaktipat intensive with Jan Esmann in 2020, I was shown the exact mechanism: a conduit running from the spiritual heart up to the intellect. The “I” thought (the root sense of being a separate someone) normally travels up this tube. In the vision, that conduit had been severed. The “I” had nowhere left to go and fell back into the heart, dissolving completely. This is the movement into what is traditionally called Sahaja Samadhi — the natural state. I also connect this experience with the clear teachings of Ramana Maharshi, who repeatedly pointed to the “I”-thought as the root of the mind and said that when its source is found, the “I” itself vanishes. In this video I describe: • The vision of the heart, the chimney, and the “whack-a-mole” “I” thought • How the conduit from heart to intellect was cut • The difference between Unity Consciousness and the dissolving of the “I” • What remains when the root sense of “I” is gone • How this matches Ramana’s teaching on Self-enquiry and Sahaja Samadhi This is one of the quietest yet most decisive shifts on the path. 📖 From my book: Waking Up from the Dream 🌐 Website & sessions: https://www.truespiritualawakening.eu 🔔 Subscribe for more direct experiences of spiritual awakening, Self-enquiry, Samadhi, and the unfolding of consciousness. #SahajaSamadhi #IThought #RamanaMaharshi Support the show https://www.youtube.com/@EndlessPossibilitiesPodcast

Nothing Exists There – My Direct Experience of the Void (Brahman)

Send us Fan Mail Nothing Exists There – My Direct Experience of the Void (Brahman) In this episode I share one of the most absolute and confronting experiences of the entire spiritual journey — the direct entry into the Void, pure Brahman. This happened during the intense period of daily Samadhi brought by the Supramental Force. One evening the force took me beyond everything. What remained was pure nothingness. No self. No body. No world. No thoughts. No story. Only a faint, dim awareness — and even that could not be said to belong to anyone. I describe: • The fear that arose just before the shift • What the complete absence of existence actually felt like • How the weeks of forced Samadhi prepared the ground • What it was like coming back into the body afterwards • How this experience relates to the later merger with the Mind of God This is not a philosophical talk about Brahman. This is the lived encounter with the reality prior to all creation. 📖 From my book: Waking Up from the Dream 🌐 Website & sessions: https://www.truespiritualawakening.eu 🔔 Subscribe for more direct experiences of spiritual awakening, Samadhi, Kundalini, and the unfolding of consciousness. When Samadhi Takes You – The Supramental Descent - Gareth Duignam

Send us Fan Mail In this episode I share the intense period when the Supramental Force (SAT Force) began descending and repeatedly pulled me into deep Samadhi — multiple times every day, often for 60–90 minutes at a time. This was completely different from Kundalini or Shaktipat. The force came from above, had its own intelligence, and did not negotiate. It would take me at work, on the sofa with the children, or during formal meditation. There was no choice but to surrender. I describe: • How the force first appeared after the intensive with Sat Shree • The two distinct types of Samadhi it produced (Savikalpa and Nirvikalpa) • What it actually felt like when it entered the system • How daily life had to rearrange itself around these absorptions • The deeper purpose of this force on the path This was one of the most powerful and beautiful phases of the entire journey. 📖 From my book: Waking Up from the Dream 🌐 Website & sessions: https://www.truespiritualawakening.eu 🔔 Subscribe for more direct experiences of spiritual awakening, Kundalini, Samadhi, and the unfolding of consciousness. 00:00 – Intro 00:38 – What the supramental force is 01:31 – Part 1: Understanding the supramental force 01:58 – Sri Aurobindo’s vision of supermind 03:22 – Knowledge by identity and truth consciousness 03:51 – Transforming mind, life, and body 04:52 – The Sat: The force of pure being 05:21 – Part 2: Why open to the supramental force? 05:50 – From awakening to deeper transformation 06:40 – Self-realization, unity, and transformation 07:05 – Part 3: When does it appear on the spiritual path? 07:31 – Gareth’s awakening, Shakti, and Kundalini timeline 08:21 – Surrender and readiness for the force 08:48 – Part 4: Gareth’s experience of the descent 09:18 – How the force entered daily life 09:28 – Who is the supramental force for? 10:00 – Closing reflections and invitation to share experiences #Samadhi #Supramental #SpiritualAwakening Support the show https://www.youtube.com/@EndlessPossibilitiesPodcast

The Day Kundalini Reached My Brain - And My Nervous System Rewired - Gareth Duignam

Send us Fan Mail The day Kundalini hit the brain changed everything - and if you’ve felt energy moving up your spine, this episode will help you make sense of what’s happening. Gareth Duignam breaks down one of the most intense experiences of his life, then goes deeper into the mechanics behind Kundalini, why it gets stuck, and what a full rising can do to the nervous system. Rather than just telling a spiritual story, Gareth connects his firsthand experience to a practical understanding of what Kundalini actually is - the evolutionary energy of consciousness, not just “energy” in the usual sense. He explains why the rising can feel ecstatic, overwhelming, painful, and transformative all at once, and why the process often seems to stall at the heart, throat, skull, or shoulders.  You’ll discover: What Kundalini is and why it’s described as intelligent, directional, and transformative What’s happening in the central channel, chakras, and nervous system during a rising Why emotional material, trauma, and conditioned patterns can create blockages What Gareth experienced when the energy finally broke through into the brain Why a full rising often brings a quieter, more stable phase afterward Gareth also shares the practical side of navigating Kundalini activity without trying to force it. He emphasizes rest, grounding, simplicity, devotion, and surrender - and explains why the deeper intelligence of the process often decides the pace long before the mind does. If you’re in the middle of a Kundalini awakening, have felt partial risings, or just want a clear, grounded account of a phenomenon most people talk about in vague terms, this is essential listening. It’s part lived experience, part map, and part reassurance that what feels overwhelming may actually be unfolding with purpose. 🌐 Connect with Gareth https://linktr.ee/truespiritualawakening Support the show https://www.youtube.com/@EndlessPossibilitiesPodcast

The Maha Shodashi Mantra & the Day Krishna Appeared - Gareth Duignam

Send us Fan Mail In this episode of the Endless Possibilities Podcast, Gareth Duignam delves into a transformative experience—the initiation into the maha shodashi Mantra and the day Krishna appeared. This is not merely a tale of receiving a mantra; it's about a rich lineage that has been shrouded in secrecy for centuries, now coming to light as seekers yearn for deeper spiritual connections.  The Essence of Sri Vidya Gareth introduces us to **Sri Vidya**, a sophisticated system of Hindu Tantra dedicated to the goddess Lalita, the embodiment of pure bliss and supreme consciousness. He explains how the tradition utilizes mantras and yantras, especially the **Sri Yantra**, to awaken and refine the practitioner's energy. The maha shodashi, deemed the most powerful mantra, was historically shared only with a select few. Why the secrecy? The potent energy within these mantras can lead to significant upheaval if not approached with care.  A Shift in Availability Recently, the landscape of spiritual practice has changed. Gareth notes that more teachers are now publicly offering initiations, and seekers worldwide are gaining access to mantras that were once restricted. This shift coincides with a growing collective readiness among individuals seeking genuine transformation rather than fleeting experiences. As Gareth puts it: The old structures of secrecy are naturally dissolving as consciousness itself expands." While tradition remains important, the doors to this sacred knowledge are opening more widely than ever before.  A Personal Initiation Journey Gareth recounts his initiation into the maha shodashi Mantra, beginning with a preliminary mantra that, despite his initial resistance, paved the way for a profound transmission. During meditation, Gareth experienced a remarkable vision of **Lord Krishna**, which left a lasting connection. He describes:  "I suddenly realized I was looking directly at Lord Krishna... No words were spoken, just pure loving eye contact." This moment exemplifies the power of devotion and the intimate relationship with the divine that the Mahashadasi Mantra nurtures.  The Power of Devotion and Surrender One of the key insights from Gareth's experience is the essential role of **devotion**. The Sri Vidya path emphasizes that true spiritual practice is not merely intellectual but a relationship with the divine mother. Gareth shares: "Devotion is not just a nice feeling, it is fuel. It magnetizes and draws higher energies into the system." Surrender is equally vital, allowing practitioners to release their control over the process and offer their practice back to the goddess.  High Volume Practice and Transformative Experiences As Gareth continued to practice the maha shodashi Mantra, he reached astonishing levels of repetition, often exceeding a thousand chants in a session. He describes a moment of profound energy flow where he felt he was falling through space, leading to an opening of new layers of consciousness filled with bliss. "The mantra has served its purpose. A new layer of consciousness then opened, a timeless, colorless, dark light with particles floating in it, full of deep bliss."  Conclusion Through the lens of his experiences, Gareth highlights that the maha shodashi Mantra—and indeed the entire Sri Vidya tradition—opens new dimensions in spiritual journeys, revealing intense energy generation and profound connections with the divine. He encourages those drawn to this path to approach it with respect, find genuine teachers, and practice with sincerity and an open heart. This exploration of the maha shodashi Mantra reminds us that spirituality is a deeply personal journey, one that flourishes through love, devotion, and the guidance of sacred teachings.  Thank you for joining Gareth on this enlightening path. Until next time, may you continue to rest as the awareness that is already free. 🌐 Connect with Gareth https://linktr.ee/truespiritualawakening Support the show https://www.youtube.com/@EndlessPossibilitiesPodcast
