• Ep. When Your Twin Soul is Married
This was the first random episode I listed to and I liked hearing about the discussions of relationships, the brainwashing of romance and how Disney is to blame for romantic expectations. This episode was very engaging and enjoyable, and I often found myself wanting to actively speak to this discussion as it sparked my interest to continue listening.
• Ep. What Does it Really Mean to Awaken (Leri Smith)
This was another roulette episode I listened to and this one featured guest Leri Smith who discussed about transforming emotional trauma and metaphysics. I enjoyed how she broke down and explained metaphysics and found her offering of a 12-week program to be a great resource. I love her definition of unconditional love as being no conditions. This episode was good energy shared all around a sensitive but very common subject of Trauma.
I also caught Tiarra mentioning the Goddess festival, which tied in perfectly to the relatable discussion. Great and resourceful episode.
• Ep.It’s the Trauma: Rejection Wound
This episode naturally gravitated towards me to listen out of curiosity of its discussion. The definition of rejection wound = the feeling of being rejected, undeserving, or worthless felt like a deep dive into one's psyche. Tiarra discussing the 4 souls of isolation, staying busy, being a perfectionist, poor personal boundaries, etc. had the feel of a reminder (to listeners) of what some of us do, either consciously or subconsciously without realizing it. This episode was another one where you feel the good energy and want to jump in on the conversation to share your experience and insight. I liked the idea of writing a letter to yourself or to someone about self-acceptance, then burning it, like Tiarra did for herself. Something about burning a letter or a piece of evidence feels more like an energetic release. The significance of doing feels like starting over with a clean slate.
I can see the benefit of this podcast. A source for education, reflection, and understanding of deeper meanings, and soul-searching. It’s a positive experience that dives into relatable conversations, giving you a better sense of wellbeing. Episodes feel slow paced in clarity, expressing a calm feeling as you listen to understand, and be in your own feelings of presence.
