Loving yourself enough to speak your truth. Why don’t we love ourselves? Why do we seek love through the approval of others?  Reclaim your Voice is a podcast devoted to empowering you to find your voice, awakening from the prison within and shedding toxic beliefs to find your true authentic self.   This podcast is not about folding onto the stories that we have told ourselves and holding on to narratives that keep us small clinging to invisible boundaries, but to empower us walk into and embody our truth, change our realities to become in alignment with our dreams. Key take aways: We do the best with what we know at the time What is the story I am telling myself? Can I provide evidence to a jury to support my belief? Loving myself - remember who you are, your values, your skills, your faults. Love all of you. What are my values….. (remember these during difficult moments, what are my values, what do I stand for)  What am I afraid? Should that stop me? Why?
