Whether this is a blend of “ fact or/and fantasy “, the historical narrative and sensational details in this story of espionage and daring deeds is riveting! It’s the British! It’s WW2 ! It’s Scuba diving espionage!!

Hard to describe this as anything other than a fantasy series. The series offers very limited number facts or documents, combined with a massive collection of unfounded assumptions, personal opinions, conspiracy theories, and selective biased interpretations. The actual historical facts in the series would maybe fill one episode out of the eight long episodes. The rest are pathetic attempts to build suspense out of more or less nothing to fill as many episodes as possible.
