Ep 158: Toni Everard - What's Your Relationship With Money?

Send us Fan Mail You have a relationship with money. Whether you realise it or not. And that relationship can influence so much more than your bank account. It can influence how much you charge. How you sell. What you believe you’re allowed to have. How much money you feel comfortable making. And even how much money you’re willing to keep. Because we all have stories about money. Maybe money was something that was talked about openly when you were growing up. Maybe it was something that was kept secret. Maybe you learned that having more money meant being successful. Or maybe you learned that people with money were greedy, selfish or somehow different. And even if you’ve consciously created a completely different relationship with money today, some of those old beliefs can still be sitting underneath the surface. I call this your financial thermostat. That familiar range of money that feels safe. The amount where you start to worry when it gets too low. And the amount where you stop thinking about money because you feel like you have enough. And what’s interesting is that we can unconsciously keep ourselves within that range. Even when we say we want more. Because having more money can mean more choice. More freedom. More power. And sometimes, that can feel surprisingly uncomfortable. You might worry about what people will think. Whether they’ll see you as greedy. Whether they’ll expect more from you. Or what having more money might actually mean for your life. So instead of simply asking yourself how you can make more money, what if you started asking a different question? What is my relationship with money actually like? In this episode, we explore the stories, beliefs and emotions that can shape your relationship with money, how your financial thermostat can keep you operating within what feels familiar, and what can happen when you begin to create a different relationship with money, value, power and abundance. Because sometimes, making more money isn’t about learning another strategy. It’s about understanding what money means to you. And deciding whether that relationship is still serving the life and business you want to create. 🔗 Let’s Connect If this episode resonated, join Toni’s Facebook group Business Growth for Heart-Led Coaches, Practitioners & Therapists If you found this episode valuable, share it with a business owner who is ready to level up, or leave a review to help more people discover The Coaching Circle. Ep 157: Toni Everard - Can You Be Seen as Valuable? Here’s How It Affects Your Business

Send us Fan Mail There’s something that can quietly affect almost every part of your business. How valuable you believe you are. And more importantly, whether you believe other people can actually see that value. You can know that you have the skills. You can know that you have the experience. You can know that what you offer is valuable. But if somewhere underneath it all, you don’t believe other people will recognise that value, it can change the way you show up. It can affect how visible you’re willing to be. How much you charge. How confidently you sell. Whether you share your ideas. Whether you put yourself out there. Even the way you structure your business. And sometimes, the answer seems like it should be another strategy. Another course. A better offer. More content. More visibility. But what if the deeper issue has nothing to do with what you know? What if it’s about whether you feel safe enough to be seen? Because when you’ve learned somewhere along the way that being yourself, speaking up, expressing your ideas or asking to be recognised could lead to rejection, disappointment or feeling like you’re not enough, those patterns can follow you into your business. And they can quietly shape what you believe is possible for you. So what happens when you stop trying to prove your value and start addressing what makes it difficult to believe that other people can see it? In this episode, we explore the difference between knowing your value and believing you can be perceived as valuable, how this can influence your visibility, pricing, offers and business growth, and what changes when you begin letting go of the old patterns that have kept you from fully expressing yourself. Because the question might be less about: “How do I get people to see my value?” And more about: “Can I allow myself to be seen?” 🔗 Let’s Connect If this episode resonated, join Toni’s Facebook group Business Growth for Heart-Led Coaches, Practitioners & Therapists If you found this episode valuable, share it with a business owner who is ready to level up, or leave a review to help more people discover The Coaching Circle. Ep 156: Toni Everard - Your Goals Require You to Expand Your Emotional Capacity

Send us Fan Mail You've probably got a goal you're working towards. More money. More freedom. Better health. A different kind of relationship. A bigger business. And you've probably been thinking about what you need to do to make it happen. But what if there's another piece that's even more important? Do you have the emotional capacity to actually have what you're asking for? Because achieving something isn't just about creating it. It's about being able to receive it, hold it, and maintain it. And sometimes the thing keeping you stuck isn't a lack of strategy. It's that the result you're asking for requires you to feel things you're not yet comfortable feeling. More money might require you to become comfortable being seen differently. More success might require you to let go of old beliefs about what success means. More freedom might require you to stop using busyness as a reason to stay safe. And healthier relationships might require you to build the capacity to set boundaries, disappoint people, and still trust that you're going to be okay. Your nervous system has learned what feels safe. And when you start moving beyond that, even towards something you really want, it can feel uncomfortable. So what if the next level isn't about pushing harder? What if it's about expanding your capacity to receive, create and maintain the life you're asking for? In this episode, we explore why your goals require you to become capable of holding a different reality, how old patterns can keep you anchored to what feels familiar, and what changes when you stop asking only, "What do I need to do?" and start asking: "What do I need to be able to hold?" 🔗 Let’s Connect If this episode resonated, join Toni’s Facebook group Business Growth for Heart-Led Coaches, Practitioners & Therapists If you found this episode valuable, share it with a business owner who is ready to level up, or leave a review to help more people discover The Coaching Circle. Ep 155: Toni Everard - Your Business Will Rise to the Standard You Hold

Send us Fan Mail You probably have a goal for your business. Maybe it's six figures. Maybe it's seven. Maybe it's having a team that actually takes things off your plate. Maybe it's working fewer days. Maybe it's having the freedom to step away from the business without everything falling apart. And you've probably thought about what you need to do to make that happen. The strategy. The marketing. The sales. The systems. The things you need to learn. But there's another question that's probably even more important. Who do you need to be to have that business? Because your business is only going to rise to the standard that you hold yourself to. And this is something I see all the time. People come to me having worked with other coaches. They've been given things to do. They know what they should be doing. But they're overwhelmed. Or they're not implementing. Or they're doing the things that feel comfortable while avoiding the things that would actually move the business forward. And usually, there's something underneath that. It's identity. It's how you're holding yourself. It's what you believe about yourself. It's the standard you're willing to hold yourself to. Because you don't create a six-figure business and then suddenly become someone who feels like a six-figure business owner. You have to become that person first. You have to start making decisions from that identity. You have to start holding yourself to the standard of someone who has that business. And that can be uncomfortable. Because sometimes the person you need to become is very different from the person you've been practising being. When I first started my business, I knew I could be a good coach. I knew I could be a good trainer. I was good at learning things. I was good at implementing them. But I was thinking like someone who had a job. I wasn't thinking like a business owner. And being a business owner meant I had to become good at things that weren't necessarily the things I enjoyed. Sales. Marketing. Systems. Structure. Strategy. I had to decide that I was going to become good at those things. And that decision changed my business. It's the same thing with video. When I first started doing video, I was petrified. I didn't feel like someone who was good at video. I didn't feel confident. I didn't feel natural. But I decided I was going to become good at it. So I did the thing. Again. And again. And again. I did 90 days of live video. And eventually, what had once felt completely uncomfortable became something I could do naturally. The identity came first. The competence came afterwards. And I think this is where we get ourselves stuck. We think we need to feel like the person before we're allowed to behave like them. But it actually works the other way around. You decide. You choose. You start doing the things that person would do. And then you become them. So if you want to build a bigger business, you have to ask yourself: Who do I need to be? What do I need to let go of? What stories about myself are no longer useful? Where am I still identifying as someone who isn't good at business? Someone who doesn't like sales. Someone who hates marketing. Someone who isn't confident on video. Someone who can't lead. Someone who doesn't know how. Because if you keep making those things part of your identity, you're going to keep proving them to yourself. And this doesn't just apply to you. It applies to your clients. It applies to your team. How you hold people matters. If you hold your clients as people who can't do things without you, they'll probably keep needing you to hold their hand. If you hold them as people who are capable of making decisions and taking action, they're much more likely to step into that. The same thing happens with your team. If you hold them as people who need constant supervision, that's probably what you'll get. But if you hold them as people who can take responsibility, make decisions and lead, you give them the opportunity to become that. And this is where standards become really important. Holding a higher standard isn't about pushing people harder. It's about being clear. It's about expectations. It's about feedback. It's about recognising when someone is meeting the standard. It's about giving people enough responsibility that they can actually build ownership. And it's about doing the same thing for yourself. Because recognition shapes identity. When someone says, "You're someone who handled that really well," it reinforces something. It gives the person an opportunity to see themselves differently. And eventually they start thinking: Maybe I am someone who can do this. That's what we're really talking about. Self-belief. Self-trust. Ownership. Identity. And ultimately, the gap between what you say you want and what you're actually willing to hold yourself to. So maybe there's something in your business right now that feels more complicated than it needs to be. Maybe there's a people problem. A team problem. A client problem. A sales problem. A leadership problem. And maybe it's worth asking a slightly different question. Not just: "What do I need to do?" But: "Who am I being that is creating this?" And then: "Who do I need to become to create something different?" Because most of the time, the facts of business are actually pretty straightforward. It's the stories we have about ourselves. What we think other people will think. How we think people will respond. Whether we believe we're allowed to have what we say we want. That's where we make things complicated. And that's also where things can change. You don't have to become someone else. You just have to stop holding yourself to the standard of the person you used to be. And start choosing the person you're becoming. Because your business will rise to the standard you hold. So the question is: What standard are you holding yourself to? 🔗 Let’s Connect If this episode resonated, join Toni’s Facebook group Business Growth for Heart-Led Coaches, Practitioners & Therapists If you found this episode valuable, share it with a business owner who is ready to level up, or leave a review to help more people discover The Coaching Circle. Ep 154: Toni Everard - Commanding the Universe and Other Unhinged Hacks That Work

Send us Fan Mail You've probably been told to be realistic. To wait until you have proof. To make sure you're certain before you decide. To think about what could go wrong. To keep your expectations reasonable. But what if you've been giving far too much of your energy to everything you don't want? What if you're spending so much time wondering... "What if it doesn't work?" "What if nobody buys?" "What if people disagree with me?" "What if I get it wrong?" "What if I fail?" ...that you're accidentally putting your creative energy into the very things you're trying to avoid? Because your attention is powerful. Your energy is powerful. And what you repeatedly focus on influences how you think, act, perceive opportunities and ultimately create your reality. In this week's episode, Toni Everard explores what it really means to "command the universe" — and the slightly unhinged mindset hacks she uses to create the outcomes she wants. This isn't about controlling other people. It's about owning your own power. Choosing an outcome. Getting completely congruent with it. And becoming unavailable for the constant mental chatter that pulls you away from what you've decided you want. Toni shares the story of her book launch, where she had only two weeks to pull everything together, a panelist cancelled, and half the room hadn't even booked until the final few days. Instead of allowing the uncertainty to change the story, she decided: This is going to be an incredible night. And she refused to waver. The result? More than 40 people in the room, an incredible atmosphere and a night that turned out exactly as she'd envisioned. This episode explores: • what "commanding the universe" actually means • why clarity and congruence are so powerful when you're creating an outcome • how constantly thinking about what you don't want can drain your creative energy • why your energy is one of your most precious resources • how your thoughts, feelings, actions, focus and behaviours can either align or conflict with what you say you want • why owning your personal power isn't about having power over other people • how becoming your own authority changes the way you make decisions • why waiting for external permission can keep you from creating what you actually want • the difference between commanding an outcome and being attached to how it has to happen • why non-attachment is essential when you're creating something you deeply desire • how needing a specific outcome can actually keep your attention focused on what you don't want • why staying open to how an outcome arrives can create more freedom and possibility • how imagining yourself 15 minutes beyond the successful completion of an event can help create a "future memory" • why acting as though you're someone who can solve challenges changes what you notice and how you respond • how the words you use with yourself can influence what your mind looks for • why "I don't know how" can shut down your ability to find the information you need • how to recognise the difference between intuition and fear • why making decisions before you're completely certain can be a powerful form of self-trust • what happens when you start asking, "What if I'm allowed to have this?" • how the rules you've unconsciously created around what you're "allowed" to have can limit your life • why treating your energy like gold changes what you give your attention to • how clarity, focus, self-authority and permission can help you become more intentional about the reality you're creating Maybe you've been waiting for more certainty. More evidence. More permission. More proof that you're allowed to want what you want. Maybe you've been giving your doubts just as much attention as your desires. Or maybe you've become so focused on making sure nothing goes wrong that you've forgotten to decide what you actually want to happen. This episode invites you to look at that differently. Because commanding the universe doesn't mean pretending everything will magically work out. It means choosing your direction. Harnessing your energy. Getting congruent with your decision. Trusting yourself enough to move. And staying open about exactly how the outcome arrives. You don't need to know every step. You don't need everyone else's approval. You don't need absolute certainty. And you don't need to have proof before you give yourself permission to believe something is possible. Sometimes the first step is simply deciding: This is what I'm creating. And then becoming completely unavailable for everything that pulls you away from it. Because you are not here to constantly react to your circumstances. You are here to create. So maybe it's time to power up your inner She-Ra or He-Man... Hold your sword in the air. And remember: You have the power. Ep 153: Toni Everard - Why Ease Can Feel So Uncomfortable

Send us Fan Mail You've been saying you want more ease in your business. More space. More time. More calm. Maybe you've even built your business because you wanted it to create more freedom in your life. But then things start going well... And somehow, you create another problem to solve. Another deadline. Another thing that needs your attention. Another reason to push harder. Because what if you're actually more comfortable with urgency than you are with ease? What if you've become so used to pressure being the thing that gets you moving that when everything is calm, you don't quite know what to do with yourself? In this week's episode, Toni Everard explores why ease can feel so uncomfortable — and why so many business owners unconsciously create urgency when things start to feel too calm. Because if pressure is what activates you, you'll keep creating situations that require pressure for you to perform. You wait. You avoid. The pressure builds. And eventually you reach that point where you feel like you have no choice but to act. Maybe it's waiting until cash flow becomes a problem before you focus on sales. Waiting until you're exhausted before you give yourself permission to rest. Waiting until someone pushes you too far before you put a boundary in place. Waiting until the problem becomes big enough that you finally feel justified in dealing with it. Urgency makes the decision for you. Ease requires you to make the decision before the pressure does. This episode explores: • why you might be more addicted to urgency than you realise • how using pressure as your activation strategy can keep you stuck in a cycle of avoidance and stress • why ease requires you to make decisions before circumstances force you to • the difference between moving away from what you don't want and moving towards what you actually desire • why your future self is the one who inherits the consequences of what you keep putting off • how consistency in your marketing, sales, numbers and business decisions creates more ease • why selling under pressure makes it harder to create healthy, non-attached sales • why ease can feel uncomfortable when you're used to being busy, stressed and constantly "on" • how friction from poor boundaries, difficult clients, messy systems and avoided conversations can quietly drain your energy • why burnout is about more than simply working too many hours • how self-leadership means acting before circumstances force you to • why you don't need to be in pain or stress before you're allowed to make a change • how creating ease today is really an act of caring for your future self • why desire needs to become a legitimate reason to take action If you've ever found yourself thinking... "I work really well under pressure." "I'll deal with it when it becomes urgent." "I just don't have time right now." "I'll rest when everything is done." "I don't want to create conflict while things are calm." Or you've wondered why you can create results when everything is on fire, but struggle to create the same momentum when things feel easy... This episode will give you a very different way of looking at ease. Because ease doesn't mean doing less and hoping everything works out. Ease is something you create in advance. It's created through the decisions you make today. The boundaries you put in place while you're still calm. The conversations you have before they become bigger problems. The systems you maintain before you need them. The sales activity you do before the money becomes tight. The choices you make because you've decided they matter — rather than because you're in crisis. And ultimately, ease requires leadership. Self-leadership. The willingness to act from direction rather than reaction. To decide what you actually want. To value your future self enough to handle things now. And to stop waiting until pain, pressure or urgency gives you permission to create the life and business you actually want. Because ease is created before you need it. Ep 152: Toni Everard - Your Business Needs You to Be the Leader

Send us Fan Mail You've been waiting to feel ready. More confident. More experienced. More certain about what you're doing. Maybe you've told yourself you'll step into stronger leadership when your business is bigger... When you have a team... When you know more... When you finally feel like you have all the answers. But what if leadership was never something you earned? What if it was something you chose? The moment you decided to trust yourself enough to make the decision, set the standard and lead from where you are. In this week's episode, Toni Everard explores what it really means to be the leader your business needs you to be. Because if you own a business, you're already a leader. Whether you have a team of twenty... A VA working a few hours a week... Or you're running the entire business yourself. Leadership is part of your role. And it starts with you. This episode explores: • why leadership begins with leading yourself • how doing what you say you're going to do builds self-trust • why you have to give yourself permission to set the standards, boundaries and priorities in your business • why your clients are paying you for your expertise and leadership, not for you to simply do whatever they ask • how to stop confusing being helpful with giving away your authority • why good leaders don't need to make perfect decisions • how taking responsibility for mistakes builds trust rather than destroying it • why every problem is figureoutable when you trust yourself to work through it • how stronger leadership creates more clarity, confidence and freedom in your business If you've ever found yourself second-guessing your decisions... Worrying about what your clients will think... Struggling to hold your boundaries... Or wondering whether you're really qualified to lead... This episode will give you a very different perspective on leadership. Because your business doesn't need you to have all the answers. It needs you to trust yourself enough to lead. To make the decision. To set the standard. To hold the boundary. To take responsibility. And to keep moving forward when things don't go exactly to plan. That's what leadership really looks like. Ep 151: Toni Everard - TTPP Part 5: Internal Peace Creates External Speed in Your Business

Send us Fan Mail You've been trying to move faster. Work harder. Learn more. Become more confident. Build better systems. Find the next strategy. Hoping that one more thing will finally create the breakthrough you've been waiting for. But what if speed was never the problem? What if the real breakthrough begins the moment you stop spending your energy protecting yourself... And start using it to create the life and business you actually want? In the final episode of the five-part The Turning Point Process™ (TTPP) series, Toni Everard explores the fifth and final step of the framework: Activate. After validating where your patterns began... Releasing what was never yours to carry... Reclaiming what you've always deserved... And learning to embody the emotions you've been searching for... Everything changes. Because the energy you've spent surviving becomes available for creating. This episode explores: • why internal peace creates external speed in your business • the fifth and final step of The Turning Point Process™: Activate • why real growth comes from removing what's holding you back—not adding more • how emotional energy becomes creative energy when you're no longer stuck in survival • why alignment creates momentum and allows your business to move with greater ease • how increasing your nervous system capacity expands what you're able to receive, lead and create • why your business becomes an expression of who you truly are instead of something you use to prove yourself • how letting go of old patterns unlocks greater freedom, visibility, impact and success If you've ever wondered why you're doing all the right things... Yet everything still feels harder than it should... Or why growth seems to take so much effort... This episode will completely change the way you think about momentum. Because your next level isn't waiting for more strategy. It's waiting for the energy you've been using to survive... To finally become available to create.
