He immersed himself in hatha yoga and other disciplines, which paved the way for his understanding and facilitation of Temazcal ceremonies. These traditional Mesoamerican sweat lodges, with records dating back 14,000 years, are celebrated for their powerful healing and cleansing properties. Participating in a Temazcal is seen as receiving blessings and healings from the ancestors, connecting deeply with the spirits of those who have come before us. 🌬️ Embracing Nature’s Wisdom and Universal Energy 🌬️ Dani’s spiritual path didn’t stop at ancient practices. He trained in somatic therapies like janzu, a form of aquatic therapy, integrating physical healing with his spiritual insights.
