    Rest like it's making you money (how to unplug from survival consciousness)

    This message has been coming through over and over again and it felt so important to share. There are so many reasons why we keep our schedules full, busy, and always focused on creating and achieving more. But for many of us, we unconsciously do this to avoid the pain and fear that shows up when we prioritize rest and stillness. We were programmed this way. After recording this, I realized this message came through so strongly that I didn't get the chance to validate those of us who have certain responsibilities that help us meet our basic needs. This video is not intended to invalidate the experience of feeling like we are forced to sacrifice our freedom in order to put food on the table or provide for those who are dependent on us, but rather to notice the moments of "excess doing" that stem from fear of the future. For example, forcing ourselves to always think of new business ideas, taking on extra shifts, going to the gym multiple times per week, scrolling, and keeping our minds busy. Even just 10 minutes of deep rest with the gentle loving voice of worthiness can begin to shift your reality. How can we do what needs to be done to provide stability, while also prioritizing deep rest and stillness in the same way, as if it holds the same level of importance? Spirit wants us to know that right now, it DOES hold the same level of importance. We are being called to break free from this old paradigm, and doing that requires discomfort and a leap of faith. We all are at different places in our lives when it comes to the level of rest we can invite in, but know that you are not alone and when you make the best effort you can, Spirit will be there to help you create more of what you start to believe you are worthy of.
