    Lisa is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. She works with clients to set achievable goals to reach the outcome that they want. She helps clients feel empowered to make changes by helping them build a plan that works for them! Lisa has been a Registered dietitian for over 15 years and has experience in a wide variety of nutrition/health settings including clinical hospital settings, public health, wellness, management and consulting. She works with all types of clients from adults, pediatrics, recreational/competitive athletes, and everything in between to fuel their best performance. She also works with medical diets, allergies or eating disorders.   Running, weightlifting, spending time with family and eating good food are her favorite hobbies. She has completed 3 Boston Marathons.   She is passionate about being healthy and feeling her best in all aspects of life. Exercise and nutrition play an extremely important role in mental and physical health. She is fascinated by this connection and loves to share this passion with others and help them find a sustainable way to meet their health and wellness goals within a busy schedule. We had another stellar group of applicants, surpassing our total last year. We’ve expanded in Season 2 and welcomed 75 AmBADASSadors from across the country. ·       Last week PF and I attended the Florida Sports Foundation Summit in Panama City Beach to meet with sports commissions and planners from around the state. Lots of great meetings and discussions. Could be some new growth on the horizon. ·       Speaking of Florida, A few of the team are headed to Tallahassee for a practice run lighting up the course at Apalachee Regional Park. This Thursday night we will be shooting video with some local cross country teams we’ve invited. Then we catch the live stream of the Hoka Festival of Miles from St. Louis on the big screen with a pizza party and prizes. ·       And finally, next week is Global Running Day. Lots of Run Clubs are planning to get together on Wednesday and FRESHJUNKIE Racing will be there to support them. Check out all the action for times and locations on social media.
