    Our potential

There you'll find links to books, a free coaching session, blogs and more.  The featured book to day is, "Peace, the ultimate power".  When we're at peace we are experiencing all that exists.  There is nothing to compare to because there is nothing outside of ourself.  It is an experience beyond the will and the mind.   While we have unlimited potential, realizing our potential will not provide the love, joy and peace we always are and always have been, and always will be.  There is great stress in thinking something will provide what it is incapable of providing.  Like money, realizing our potential is valuable.  It can do a great deal to enhance our life.  What it can't do is give us what we already have; love joy and peace.  I find great peace in knowing this and it frees me from the stress of thinking it will provide what it can't. For most of my life, I've lived with the thought that I would be happier and experience more joy if only I could tap into and take ownership of more of my potential.  That's true to a point.  Just like winning a competition or closing a deal brings momentary joy, using my potential brings momentary joy.  When I'm in the present moment allowing wisdom to flow in a manner that optimally uplifts everyone, there is great joy.  That is not lasting joy though.  Lasting joy is accepting that I am joy. Using and appreciating my potential is a good thing, AND it isn't everything.  Understanding this helps me open up to more fully accept that I am all the love, joy and peace that could ever exist and always have been.

Money is one of many tools to help us live the life of our dreams.  The most powerful tool is to choose to act on uplifting thoughts.  Regardless of our financial situation, there are always opportunities to identify and act on uplifting thoughts.  When I think of uplifting events in my life and the role money paid in creating those events, a great many of them have taken little or no money.  To be honest, some uplifting parts of my life have taken a great deal of money.  It's just that isn't the majority of uplifting parts of my life.

The way to make great decisions is to review the best decisions you've made in your life and get clear on how you made that decision.  Then copy that process over and over.  What works, works.  Take note of what works for you and do that. What works for me is to act on thoughts that have emotions I want more of in my life.  There was peace and joy when I decided to marry my wife.  We're coming up on 40 years of marriage as of this writing.  The best investments I've ever made were when I was at peace with the decision.   We've all made some great decisions in our life.  Learn how you did that and do it some more.

    Exercising choice

We have a choice in all that we think, say and do.  Accepting that fact and paying attention to the choices we make and why we make those choices, dramatically changes our life for the better.  Too often I and others fail to think about why we've made the choices we've made and in fact that we had a choice at all.   I have thoughts coming up in my mind all the time.  I have a choice to act on them or not.  The thought that I'll never realize the full measure of my hopes and dreams comes up alot.  I choose to accept the existence of that thought and continue to do all I can to realize my hopes and dreams.  One of the thoughts I have and love is the thought, "I choose to live life assuming  everything is going to work out until I have proof to the contrary".  Sometimes things don't work out and sometimes they do.  I don't need everything to work out to have a great life.  I just need to not give up. We all have choices.  I believe the most important choice is to persist, not give up.

    Living in a higher vibration

There you'll be able to schedule a free coaching session, find links to books, read blogs and more.   Every thought has a vibration/emotion as part of it.  The more you can choose to act on only uplifting/inspiring thoughts, the more you'll maintain a high vibration.  I recommend sitting down with a pen and paper and write out each thought that enters your mind.  Next to it write down the emotion tied to it.  When you act on a thought that has an emotion that you want more in life, act on that thought.  For negative thoughts, thoughts you don't want more of their vibration in your life, accept their existence and choose not to act on them.  Don't fight or deny negative thoughts.  That only makes them stronger.  Accept that they're there and choose not to act on them.  This is how to reduce their impact. The more we can limit our speech and actions to thoughts that are uplifting for us, the better our life is.

Take time to write down your understanding of the world as of right now.  That is the world you are creating and it can change in an instant.   For me, I understand the world I am creating as one where I am creating challenges for myself to apply my wisdom, energy, persistence and creativity to solve.  I am exercising my will to create a world of joy and peace.  I realize I create with my attention.  For that reason, I'm increasingly focusing my attention on being at peace and joy that I have experienced.  The joy needs contrast to be noticed and experienced.  Peace encompasses all that exists.  There is nothing outside of peace to compare it to.  When we're conscious of peace, we are experiencing the totality of existence.  That awareness and experience is always available to us by focusing on it.
