    Trusting myself

I am so much happier trusting myself and the inspiration I receive in meditation than I am trying to make what I perceive as conventional wisdom work for me.  I still vividly remember how angry and disappointed I was when my first marriage failed. I was angry because I thought I'd be happy having a good secure job, a good education and degree from a prestigous university, being faithful to my wife and living by the rules of society.  I was miserable. Trusting in the uplifting thoughts I receive in meditation has worked better for me than anything else I've ever tried.  I'm sticking with it until something better comes along.  I believe all that is good in my life, and there's alot, is the result of my meditation and willingness to accept and align with the truth as much as I can. The next level of trust I feel I'm ready to accept is changing the thought that I need stress and pressure to motivate me to grow spiritually and make the most out of my life.  I choose to let that thought go and replace it with the thought I am and always have been whole, complete and in posession of everything of value including love, joy, wisdom, health, energy, peace, compassion and all the other positive qualities that I've labeled as "devine qualities".   I know  can change my thinking because I've done it successfully in the past.  I prefer to think that I am increasingly aware and accepting of the fact that I am the world and have already created everything that could ever exist, including love, joy, peace, energy and all my other devine qualities.   I trust what I know. I offer thought coaching.  If you're so inspired contact me at scottfriedmabn40@gmail.com for a free introductory session.     My books are available on Amazon.  You can find links to them on my website, www.thoughtcoachingbyscott.com
