    43. Self-Worth: You Are Not Measured by How Far Along You Are

In this episode, I’m talking about self-worth and how easy it is to tie it to things like progress, results, and how far along we think we should be. I’ve been thinking a lot about how we can say we want more for our lives, but still question if we’re actually capable of having it. And how that shows up in small ways — overthinking, hesitation, needing reassurance, or not fully showing up. This episode is just a real conversation around what it looks like to separate your worth from your success, and come back to what actually defines your value. And you’re not behind, even if it feels like it. Let's Connect! 42. When People Don't Believe in You: Holding Onto Your Vision When Others Don't See It

What do you do when the people around you don’t believe in what you’re doing… or don’t fully see your vision? This is something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately. In this episode, I’m sharing a more honest and grounded perspective on what it looks like to keep going anyway — even when it’s not fully supported or understood. Because at some point, you have to decide if you’re going to wait for people to believe in you… or if you’re willing to continue without that. This isn’t about proving anything or forcing people to understand. It’s about staying connected to what you feel called to do, and continuing — even when it feels uncomfortable. Enjoy the show! 40. You Are Not Your Inconsistency: Finding Your Identity in Christ

Have you ever labeled yourself as “inconsistent”? Like you’re the kind of person who starts things but never follows through? In this episode, we’re talking about how inconsistency can quietly become part of our identity—and how that label can affect our confidence, our actions, and the way we see ourselves. I’m sharing my own journey with inconsistency, the tools that have helped me grow, and the deeper truth I’ve had to learn: our identity is not found in our success, our routines, or our performance. Our identity is found in Christ. If you’ve been feeling stuck in cycles of starting and stopping, this episode is for you. You are not your past patterns. You are someone God is still shaping. 39. Knowing vs. Doing: Why It's Hard to Do What You Know

In this episode, I’m talking honestly about a struggle I think a lot of us have faced at some point. There are times in life when we already know what to do. We know the habits that would make us feel better. We know the steps that would move our lives forward. And yet… we still don’t do them. In this episode, I share my own experience with that disconnect between knowing and doing, and how I’ve started to see it differently. Instead of beating ourselves up or trying to change everything overnight, maybe the answer is a little more grace and a lot more small, honest steps. I also talk about how our brains are wired for safety and familiarity, and why big, sudden changes can feel so hard—even when we want them. If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or frustrated with yourself lately, this episode is a gentle reminder that you don’t have to fix everything at once. Sometimes the next small step is more than enough.  Let's Connect! 38. Getting Back on Track: Simple Structure That Supports You

Ever feel like you've "fallen off" and now you're waiting for the right moment to start again? This episode is a reminder that getting back on track doesn't require weeks of resetting, a perfect Monday, or a surge motivation.  In this conversation, I talk about why progress doesn't come from doing everything perfectly or rigidly, but from having something steady to return to. Life shifts, schedules change, energy fluctuates and none of that means you have failed or lost momentum.  We explore the idea of structure over motivation, not structure as strict routines or doing the same thing every single day, but structure as supportive rhythms that stay with you even when motivation fades.  You don't need to feel ready to begin again. You just need something simple, steady, and supportive to return to. Enjoy!  Let's Connect! 37. FOCUS (Part 3) Putting God at the Center

In Part 3 of the Focus series, we're bringing faith into the conversation.  So far, we've talked abut choosing a word for the year and building systems to support it-but none of that truly works without God at the center.  Whether your word of the year is focus, peace, growth, or something else entirely, this episode will encourage you to slow down, invite God into your plans and move forward with intention instead of overwhelm.  I also share about my 4 week 1:1 Clarity & Confidence reset program I created for women who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward this year. This program is designed to help women slow down, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence and intention.  All the details are available in the show notes,  Let's Connect!
