Lisa Barlow is showering Teresa with compliments, and even the producers notice that Teresa knows exactly what Lisa is doing. Teresa, for her part, appreciates that Lisa has been a good friend to her, especially after the whole airport/bus situation. Meanwhile, Gizelle is still upset that Lisa was late and didn’t apologize, insisting that everyone’s time is valuable. Lisa isn’t interested in a fake apology, but eventually admits she was wrong and understands that being on time is about respect. Before things can get too serious, we get the most unexpected storyline of the episode: Vicki’s digestive emergency. After taking two Dulcolax and two Metamucils, Vicki realizes that perhaps travel constipation is not something you want to aggressively attack all at once. Kyle reminds everyone that they don’t discuss these things in Beverly Hills, although the flashbacks prove that Housewives absolutely do. The women head to the beach, where they meet up with Miami Housewives Marysol Patton and Alexia Nepola and compete in a “Wig Snatcher” challenge featuring wigs representing Housewives from different franchises. Vicki somehow ends up with Kandi’s wig, Luann assumes her volleyball skills will translate to wig stealing, and Kyle proves once again that she is extremely competitive—even stealing Porsha’s wig while Porsha is on her own team. The real conversation, however, is about Vicki feeling out of place on the trip. She admits that when she left the night before, it wasn’t really about her knee; she simply felt uncomfortable and like she didn’t belong. The women compare her experience to Atlanta’s celebration of Nene, with Luann and Gizelle essentially saying that Vicki should have been celebrated by her OC castmates in the same way. Vicki insists she wasn’t jealous and didn’t need attention, but the women clearly want the old “Whoop It Up” Vicki to come out. And with Miami as the backdrop, they eventually get their wish. At lunch and dinner, the tequila starts doing some heavy lifting. Luann brings up Mama Elsa, Marysol tells a touching story about her mother, and then Luann completely derails the moment with an inappropriate story and a declaration about wanting to die having sex. Porsha points out that Luann can’t read the room, and later Luann’s drinking becomes impossible to ignore. Gizelle circles back to the Lisa situation and then drops a much bigger bomb, claiming the Salt Lake City women told her that Lisa talks to bloggers and warning her to stop. Lisa becomes emotional, feeling like her entire character is being attacked because she was late one time. Teresa comforts her, while the group debates accountability, friendships, and whether Lisa is actually leaking information. Eventually Vicki gets the floor, declares that Housewives are a sorority and need to protect one another, takes another shot, and suddenly everyone is loving Vicki again. Meanwhile, Lisa is crying in the bathroom, Luann is buzzing in the car, and Teresa looks like she desperately wants to go to sleep while Luann rambles, sings, and makes absolutely no sense. Miami has officially turned the Housewives energy all the way up.
