Flavor Balance HEAT! Hot Sauce Podcast

I have listened to every episode and some 3 or 4 times. Every episode is packed with helpful information about owning and running a small hot sauce business. In so many episodes they give free tips and tricks that help you avoid the pitfalls of hot sauce production and marketing. The three hosts are dynamic in their knowledge and experience and honesty seem like the type of people you want to be friends with and for sure root for. I love the format of the interviews and love hearing about how people got their start in the spicy business. I look forward to every episode.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed each episode and am looking forward to more. Great concept and execution. Love the authenticity. Also love the variety of guests and how they come from various aspects of the industry. As purely a consumer, I very much still appreciate and am fascinated by the behind the scenes looks at what it takes to get these sauces to my home. I will definitely be re-listening to each episode so I can start to order and sample the sauces recognized.

Great show. I’m loving hearing from people in the industry that I look up to. Pico Pica sauce was my dad’s favorite sauce growing up in California. That brought back some good memories for me.

It is HIGH time our community has a legitimate podcast from legitimate producers talking shop. I listened to the first episode and can whole heartedly promise I’ll never miss one moving forward!!! Great job Spike and Zac! Can’t wait to see what’s to come.
