She also examines the unintended consequence of the backlash: real mixed women being questioned, accused, and forced to defend their identities. How Not to Get Killed by the Police

Episode Title: Episode Audio Link: https://podcast.ablackexec.com/episode/How Not to Get Killed by the Police Episode Video Link: Former FBI agent, federal prosecutor, and Dedication to Community founder M. Quentin “Q” Williams joins Tony Tidbit and Chris P. Reed II for an unfiltered conversation about race, policing, justice, and survival. Q shares how growing up biracial and in poverty shaped his commitment to justice, why relationships were critical to his success, and how he moved from the FBI into leadership positions with the NFL and NBA. He also recounts being arrested while serving as an FBI agent because he fit a description. Drawing from his book, A Survival Guide: How Not to Get Killed by the Police, Q explains what drivers should do during a traffic stop and what police officers must do to build trust, acknowledge trauma, and serve communities better. This conversation refuses to place all the responsibility on one side. Civilians deserve dignity and accountability. Officers deserve to return safely to their families. The ultimate objective is simple: everyone gets home safely. Is Social Media Killing American Culture?

Episode Title: Episode Audio Link: https://podcast.ablackexec.com/episode/is-social-media-killing-american-culture- Episode Video Link: Has American culture evolved, or is it slowly unraveling? In Part Two of America on Trial, Tony Tidbit, Chris P. Reed, and MOB put American culture on the witness stand. They examine how social media, music, television, news, and online celebrities influence our children, relationships, values, and behavior. The discussion asks whether social media builds community or exploits our need for validation. The panel also tackles parental responsibility, explicit entertainment, online conflict, declining trust in journalism, manufactured fame, and the difference between genuine friendship and digital popularity. Belonging Shouldn’t Cost You a Parent

Episode Title: Episode Audio Link: https://podcast.ablackexec.com/episode/belonging-shouldnt-cost-you-a-parent- Episode Video Link: When people tell someone of mixed heritage to “pick a side,” what are they really asking that person to give up? Grace Fooden-Correy explores the emotional cost of having other people define your racial identity. Inspired by a young biracial woman who was told she was Black, not mixed, Grace examines how these labels can erase the love, culture, and influence of one parent. This episode challenges the belief that mixed people must reject part of themselves to be accepted. Your identity is yours to define, and genuine belonging should never require you to disown your family or your story. ▶︎ In This Episode00:00 Welcome to A Mixed Executive Perspective 00:39 When Others Define Your Identity 01:42 The Parent People Choose to Erase 03:11 The Price of Picking a Side 04:18 Belonging Without Disowning Your Story 🔗 ResourcesLinks and resources mentioned in this episode: 🔔 Listen and SubscribeListen to this episode and subscribe for future updates subscribe to A Black Executive Perspective podcast onYouTube PodcastsApple PodcastsSpotify PodcastsAmazon MusicOther platforms or by searching "TonyTidbit" if you like what we're doing and would like to support us, here's some ways you can help us continue the uncomfortable conversations that drive change subscribe to our newslettergive us up to a 5 star review on Apple Podcastsshare an episode with a friend, family member or colleague 🗣️ Follow @ablackexecfollow us across social media @aBlackExecLinkedInInstagramFacebookYouTubeTwitterTikTokWhatsApp ⭐️ Follow @TonyTidbitfollow Tony across social media @TonyTidbitTwitterLinkedInFacebook This episode was produced by TonyTidbit ™ . The NFL Wasn’t Built for Her

Episode Title: Episode Audio Link: https://podcast.ablackexec.com/episode/The NFL Wasn’t Built for Her Episode Video Link: Dr. Jen Welter entered a world that was never designed to include her and became the first woman to coach in the NFL. Tony Tidbit and Chris P. Reed sit down with the professional football pioneer, psychologist, author, and founder of Gridiron Girls for an honest conversation about rejection, resilience, gender barriers, sponsorship, vulnerability, and the pressure of being first. Dr. Welter explains why breaking barriers requires more than individual determination. It also requires people willing to unlock doors, challenge harmful behavior, and stand beside those entering unfamiliar spaces. She also shares how a toxic relationship changed her understanding of strength, why mental resilience matters more than pretending to be fearless, and how football can teach girls that their bodies, voices, and differences are valuable. This is a powerful conversation about playing big, leading authentically, and refusing to let another person’s limited imagination determine the boundaries of your life. ▶︎ In This Episode00:00 Breaking Football’s Gender Barrier 01:10 Meet Dr. Jen Welter 07:18 Choosing to Play Big 17:15 Entering Football’s Final Frontier 34:35 Breaking Into a Room Built for Men 48:25 The Pressure of Being First 57:10 Empowering Girls Through Football 64:15 Vulnerability, Strength, and Resilience 70:35 Play Big and Gridiron Girls 76:20 Tony’s Tidbit and the LESS Pledge 🔗 ResourcesLinks and resources mentioned in this episode: 🔔 Listen and SubscribeListen to this episode and subscribe for future updates subscribe to A Black Executive Perspective podcast onYouTube PodcastsApple PodcastsSpotify PodcastsAmazon MusicOther platforms or by searching "TonyTidbit" if you like what we're doing and would like to support us, here's some ways you can help us continue the uncomfortable conversations that drive change subscribe to our newslettergive us up to a 5 star review on Apple Podcastsshare an episode with a friend, family member or colleague 🗣️ Follow @ablackexecfollow us across social media @aBlackExecLinkedInInstagramFacebookYouTubeTwitterTikTokWhatsApp ⭐️ Follow @TonyTidbitfollow Tony across social media @TonyTidbitTwitterLinkedInFacebook This episode was produced by TonyTidbit ™ .
