Body Image & Relationships with Food and Exercise

Today I wanted to talk about my struggles with body image, as well as with my relationships with food and exercise. I've always loved health and wellness, but I've gone through both really good and really bad phases with my mental health in relationship to my physical appearance. In today's episode, I share some of the dumbest stuff I've done, all the way through the things that have been most helpful in healing my relationship with my body and achieving greater physical and mental wellness.

Icks & Ons with Sabs Sadeghian, Cofounder of 4AM Skin

Today Sabs and I read highlights from our ick lists and turn on lists. Please don't take us seriously! As we discuss mid-video, you're totally immune from icking us if we have feelings for you. But please do share your thoughts in the comments - we know you have icks and ons too, and we desperately want to hear them!!!

    Dating & Relationships

I may not always take it, but I give great life advice. Dating in New York is a special kind of insane - my friends and I talk about it all the time. Are you a maximizer or a romanticizer, anxious or avoidant? Listen to learn more about the ways in which we're f*cked up and how exactly you might be f*cked up.
