Ep 12: A prayer to release past Karma

In today’s episode I shared a powerful prayer I say whenever I’m called to release what’s holding me back or weighing me down. You can use this prayer during full moon, eclipse, or simply before going to bed to cleanse your energetic field. Cleanse is such a necessary step in the journey of healing and expanding. Without making space by letting go, you are holding onto what’s limiting you, which makes it impossible for the new. Enjoy.

Ep 11: I want what God wants

Today’s episode brought you from deep in the woods, following a wild channeling night. Life truly is so simple, but our fears and illusions make it complicated, make it noisy. But when you come back to that inner voice, and quiet everything else to listen to that whisper… you will see: you know all along. You know who you are, what you want, your gifts and your desires, ALL along. God never left you. God never put you where you don’t belong. It’s the plan, all along.

    Ep 10: “Good girl” backfires

Welcome to the 10th episode of The LifeGivers Podcast! In this episode I shared my own experience as a good student, good girl growing up, and how that backfired in my adulthood and motherhood. And the integration that needs to happen to live a balanced life. Enjoy.

Ep 9: Turn your curse into gift

Growing up I hated my sensitivity around other people’s energetic field. “ I feel too much. I’m too difficult. I’m too picky.” These were the inner dialogue I adopted from other people’s comments about me. I thought my sensitivity was a curse… until I realized God made me this way for a particular reason. And this particular reason, requires particular environment, for particular maintenance. My curse is a gift after all. Enjoy this episode.

    Ep 8: Handle Unconscious Partner

Do you wish your partner does more healing work, be more conscious, take more responsibility, watch less TV? Well, you are NOT alone. Most spiritual women have seriously considered “Do I stay with him or do I dump his ?!” at some point. In this episode, I shared my tested process for dealing with less spiritually advanced partner, and the astonishing results! Enjoy.

Ep 7: The TRUE value of a mother

What’s the value of a mother? Some people say if you outsource all that a stay at home mom does, it will cost more than $125k/year! While I appreciate people’s desire to spread awareness on SAHM, they are missing the main point of what a mother does. In this episode, I shared some main roles, as a mother, for her children, as well as for her whole family. Enjoy.

Ep 6: “I can NOT have my kids touch drugs!!!”

All parents have fear, especially when it comes to our precious children. We want the BEST for them. We don’t want them to make mistakes that have huge life altering consequences. Bottom line, we don’t want to see our children suffer… but can you make sure that? Can ANYONE make sure nothing bad happens to our children. So what should we do? Actually, there is 1 thing you can do. Tune in.

Ep 5: Raise socially desirable child vs. free spirit child

Inspired by Jordan Peterson’s strong stance on “raising socially desirable child as parent’s #1 priority”, in this episode, Snow debated about the pros and cons between “good kid” and “wild ones”. In fact, if you dare to go one layer deeper, the question is NOT just around what the society thinks of your child, but how to teach our children to make well informed conscious choices, knowing the consequences down the line. Enjoy.

Ep. 4: Make your children feel loved with this 1 shift

We all love our children, therefore it is the saddest thing when a child doesn’t feel as loved as you love them. In this episode, I share with you the 1 shift you can make to unlock the floodgate of love, to yourself, your kids, and your whole family. Because when the whole family is functioning well together, there is a sustained flow of energy, circulating & nourishing each member who is inside this ecosystem. Enjoy.

Episode 3: Raise resilient loving children

What can we do to raise children who are kind to themselves but not entitled, resilient through touch times but not self criticizing? In this episode, Snow shared 2 powerful ingredients in the making of loving & resilient children, a simple practice us mothers can do, to model the exact process, to stay true to ourselves, as well as function in this modern world. Enjoy.

Episode 2: Winning at life with this 1 question

What if there is only ONE question you can ask yourself, in ANY situation, to give you a positive advantage? Won’t that be nice?! I mean what if you can live a life without regret, without the pain of aimlessly wondering through this complicated world? What if, I can guarantee you, that with 1 powerful question in mind(and a couple follow up questions after that), you can win at life? I’m not kidding. I hope you adopt this way of seeing life and watch everything becomes so simple. Enjoy

Welcome to the 1st episode of The LifeGivers Podcast, where we explore what’s it like to be a walking breathing channel of life force energy, living a beautiful fulfilled life while nourishing and supporting our kids and husband. In this episode, I shared a powerful story of how this podcast came about, why the name “LifeGiver”, and how it can change your perspective on life once you adopt this identity. Enjoy.
