How to make the most of the rest of the year (there is still time to become your best self)

We’re officially in the final quarter of the year, and I don’t want you to fall into the “I’ll just get through the holidays and start again next year” mindset. In this episode, I’m walking you through how to refocus, get clear on what you actually want for the rest of 2026, and start becoming the best version of yourself now. We’re talking about the things you’ve already accomplished that once felt impossible, getting specific about your goals, understanding what your triggers can teach you about what you want, and most importantly, figuring out how to start living like the person you want to become. You still have three whole months. Let’s use them. 💕 00:00 — Welcome + a life update 03:36 — Becoming your best self 04:21 — Stop throwing away the rest of the year 07:30 — What do you want for the rest of 2026? 08:31 — Remember what you’ve already accomplished 10:59 — What used to feel crazy is now your normal 15:26 — Get specific about what you want 17:08 — What your triggers can teach you 18:38 — Figure out the “how” 20:13 — Start living like your best self 22:28 — What would your December 31st self be proud of? 23:58 — Don’t throw away the final three months Join my community: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/christyleefit/ Need help with your goals in 2026? Being Short and Losing Weight

If you’re a short girl who feels like fat loss is harder than it seems to be for everyone else, this episode is for you! I’m diving into the realities of fat loss when you’re 5’1”, 4’11”, or anywhere on the shorter side — including why our maintenance calories can be lower, why strength training and steps are so important, and why you can’t necessarily copy the calorie intake of a taller fitness influencer and expect the same results. I’m also talking about something I’ve been seeing a LOT since my viral TikTok: the victim mindset. Yes, being short can make fat loss more challenging. But we still have to focus on what we can control and figure out what works for our individual bodies. Plus, I’m breaking down calorie deficits, protein, “diet foods,” BMI, scale weight, body recomposition, and why the scale is only one piece of the puzzle. In this episode: Why maintenance calories are different for short womenWhy strength training and walking are so importantHow to approach your calorie deficitWhy I won’t give you a calorie goal based on height aloneProtein, low-fat foods & “diet” foodsWhy I say “f**k BMI” 😂Why the scale doesn’t tell the whole storyBody recomposition and why your weight might not change muchHow to ditch the victim mindset and focus on what you can controlChapters 00:00 — Why I’m talking about being a short girl 03:00 — Maintenance calories explained 07:00 — Why short girls have lower maintenance calories 10:00 — Why strength training matters 13:00 — How to approach a calorie deficit 16:00 — The power of steps 20:00 — Dropping the victim mindset 25:00 — PCOS, endometriosis & other challenges 28:00 — Food, protein & lower-calorie options 32:00 — F**k BMI 😂 35:00 — Why the scale isn’t everything 37:00 — Body recomposition & my final thoughts If you’re ready to stop comparing yourself to everyone else and start figuring out what actually works for your body, this episode is for you. ❤️ Join my community: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/christyleefit/ Need help with your goals in 2026? Why you always forget to do what you KNOW you're supposed to do

What if the reason you can't stay consistent has nothing to do with motivation or discipline? If you've ever wondered, "Why do I know exactly what I should do... but somehow I never actually do it?".... this episode is for you. Today, I'm breaking down one of the biggest mindset shifts I've ever taught inside my coaching programs: how your brain builds habits, why you keep falling back into old patterns, and what it actually takes to change them. We're diving into concepts like neuroplasticity and neural pathways, but don't worry, I'm explaining them in normal human language (with a visual analogy you'll never forget). If you're trying to stay consistent with your workouts, nutrition, confidence, relationships, or simply become the version of yourself you know you're capable of being, this episode will help you understand why change feels so hard, and how to make it easier. You'll learn why "forgetting" your habits isn't actually the problem, how stress and overwhelm shrink your mental bandwidth, and why filling your own cup isn't selfish: it's the key to creating lasting change. If you're tired of starting over, this episode might completely change the way you think about self-discipline forever. If this episode resonated with you, send me a DM on Instagram and let me know your biggest takeaway. I love hearing from you and having these conversations together. In this episode, we cover: Why you keep falling back into old habitsThe science of neuroplasticity (without the confusing jargon)A simple analogy that explains how your brain creates lasting changeWhy stress, exhaustion, and overwhelm sabotage consistencyHow to create more mental bandwidthPractical ways to "fill your cup" every dayThe real secret behind lasting habit change and becoming your highest selfJoin my community: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/christyleefit/ Need help with your goals in 2026? Vulnerable: What has actually changed since I've lost weight

What if losing weight isn't about shrinking yourself, but about getting your life back? For a long time, I felt like I was surviving instead of living. After my divorce, I gained weight while navigating one of the hardest seasons of my life, and while I don't regret doing what I needed to do to make it through, I can't ignore how much that extra weight impacted my confidence, my relationships, my sex life, my self-expression, and even my ability to move comfortably in my own body. In this vulnerable, unscripted episode, I'm sharing what life was really like during that season, what changed when I finally felt ready to focus on my health again, and why I think we've become a little too comfortable pretending weight loss doesn't matter when deep down, for many of us, it does. If you've ever felt uncomfortable in your body, avoided photos, dreaded getting dressed, struggled with confidence, or wondered whether getting fitter would actually make a difference in your life, this conversation is for you. In This Episode: My divorce, survival mode, and gaining weightThe emotional toll of feeling uncomfortable in my bodyWhy confidence isn't just about appearanceHow weight loss impacted my dating life and sex lifeThe surprising physical changes that happened with losing just a little weightWhy I believe we need to stop pretending weight loss doesn't matterHow to keep moving forward even during difficult seasons of lifeChapters: 00:00 Welcome back & life update 03:15 Divorce, survival mode, and weight gain 08:20 The emotional impact of not recognizing myself 12:15 Dating, body image, and intimacy struggles 16:35 Deciding to focus on weight loss again 19:15 Confidence returning after just one month 22:00 Fashion, self-expression, and feeling like myself again 25:10 How weight loss changed my sex life 29:00 Moving easier, stretching easier, living easier 31:45 Why weight loss matters more than we're willing to admit 36:15 Stop pretending you don't care 39:30 How to prioritize your goals during hard seasons 43:10 Final thoughts & encouragement If this episode resonated with you, send me a DM on Instagram and let me know your biggest takeaway.
