    Send us a text One of the most important lessons in this parashah is that our most important opportunities to serve and glorify G-d may come when we least expect them. This means that we must prepare ourselves spiritually and be at the ready to be used of G-d at all times, no matter our circumstances. Another lesson I will discuss is the respect that is due our G-d. Many times, people will treat other humans with more respect than they do the King of the universe. examples are provided ni this podcast. I will also discuss how G-d's Name/Yahshua, and Torah are encoded n the forst five books of the Bible showing us that our light source is the "middle " candle, the Shamash" candle, Yahshua our Messiah!

As a retired medical professional who loves G-d's Torah, as I prayerfully studies the subject of the breath of life, I discovered that the circulatory system reveals several parallels to the process of being reconciled to G-d through Yahshua, and the importance of properly feeding the heart and mind with G-d's Torah and feeding our bodies with healthy food to achieve and maintain an optimal relationship with G-d and our physical and spiritual well-being.

    Send us a text Today I am going to discuss how G-d accomplishes his plan for his people through all of our human "adventures," whether through adversity or joyous experiences. We will examine Yosef's story as a perfect example of how G-d's plan will be accomplished for each of us in one way or another, no matter how we or others may interfere with sinful behavior.  I will also reinforce through scripture that we are accountable for all of our thoughts, speech, and deeds that will be judged by Yahshua described in 2 Cor. 5:10 and in the Book of Revelation 20:12. We all need to ask G-d to search our hearts and show us where we need to repent and chart a new course according to G-d's Torah. See Psalm 139. I will also describe several similarities between Yosef and his life to Yahshua's time on earth.

    Send us a text Today I am going to focus on the remarkable and usually unexplained process Ya'akov used in breeding livestock that would be designated as his wages for working for Lavan. Biblical application will be discussed. I will also discuss the question many people have asked me about the "trickery" of which Ya'akov was guilty in more than one situation. This subject is also specifically covered in a subsequent podcast for a more detailed response.
