Rebekah Crosby

As a truth-seeking voice and evolving woman, I hold sacred space at the intersection of sensuality, spirituality, and self-discovery. Through honest conversations, embodied storytelling, and ancestral wisdom, I explore what it means to come home to the body, reclaim personal power, and evolve in radical authenticity. This podcast is my compass, a sonic journal of soul work, where I guide and grow with seekers, lovers, and edge-walkers who are ready to remember their deepest truth. My mission is to ignite intimate revolutions, honor sacred sexuality, and walk boldly toward the North Star within. Rebekah owned her own business in New Orleans for 13 years and has been attempting to empower marginalized women throughout her career. She is now back in her native state of Texas. She is a single mom to two boys. As the middle daughter of a Southern Baptist minister, she is perpetually seeking inclusive love despite the exclusive and fearful template of her Fundamentalist upbringing.

Leaving Mormonism: Unlearning Obedience | Audra Phelps

Rebekah and Audra wander through religious deconstruction, motherhood, identity, and the disorienting freedom that comes when the belief system that once told you who to be no longer gets to write the rules. Wanderslut listeners can receive **50% off their first individual coaching session**. Learn more about one-on-one coaching and book a free consultation at **mamaaudra.com/oneonone**. Mention **PODCAST** during your call to receive the discount. The offer is open to any woman navigating a faith transition after leaving a high-control organization, not only former Mormons. Audra Phelps, known as Mama Audra, left the Mormon Church in 2015 after more than a decade of wrestling with beliefs and expectations that no longer felt true for her. Leaving gave her freedom, but it also meant losing the built-in roadmap that had told her who to be, how to parent, and what her life was supposed to look like. What followed was a long process of rebuilding. Audra had to rediscover her identity, define her own values, and learn to trust herself without waiting for permission from an external authority. Drawing on her background as a teacher and school administrator, along with her study of social-emotional development, she began creating a new framework for life rooted in self-awareness, confidence, and personal truth. Today, Audra coaches women navigating faith transitions after leaving high-control religious or organizational environments. Her work focuses on helping women reclaim their identity, reconnect with joy, and learn how to make decisions from their own inner authority. Audra is Board Certified through the International Board of Clinical Practitioners.
