    70 - The Rooted Visibility Meditation for Flowy Content Creation

    The Rooted Visibility Meditation is a short grounding and expansion practice to help you reconnect with your energy, trust your creative flow, and open yourself to being seen through your creative work. Use the ~3 minute practice before recording a YouTube video, presenting an idea, returning to your creative practice after a pause, or taking any step that asks you to become more visible. You’ll be guided to ground through your feet, connect with the earth, call in the support or inner wisdom you trust, and reconnect with the part of you that already knows how to create with joy, love, and greater ease.     69 - Drop by Drop with Julia: Rewriting Soul Contracts Around Money, Work & Big Dreams

    In this special episode, I’m inviting you inside a real, unscripted one-on-one soul session with my client Julia. We open her Akashic Records and explore three soul contracts connected to money, work, business, and the vast ocean of her future hopes and dreams. There was no script or plan for what we would cover. We grounded together, opened the Records, and followed where her soul intentions took us. What appeared was: ✨ an outdated belief that receiving money must require hardship ✨ a soul contract around her new job, her business, and how she wants the two to work together ✨ a powerful message about holding her biggest hopes and dreams - even when they don’t yet feel tangible We also moved through a clearing of outdated money beliefs. When we invited any ancestors who were ready to receive the new belief alongside Julia, we both felt a whole collective arrive to cheer her on. And then came the message that stayed with me most: When your dreams are this big, you don’t begin by trying to carve a lake from an ocean. You let them arrive drop by drop. A flash of inspiration. An idea you write down. A conversation that reminds you what is possible. A small puddle that may not look like much yet, but is still becoming part of the ocean. Even though this was Julia’s session, some of the messages may be here for you too.
