    I took a deep dive into 1987, along with special guests James, Maddie, and Nick from I Was a Teenage Film Snob, and after the episode we turned the voting over to you, the people! We didn't agree with any of the Academy's wins that year, so all six categories went to the social media polls for you, the listeners to decide on.  The voting has concluded and it's time to share the results and officially add these winners to the coveted Revisionist's Almanac.   With this episode cycle completed, we turn our attention to episode twenty-seven, where I was joined by a returning guest and a first time guest - Klarissa Beckstead from I've Seen That One and journalist/writer Saleah Blancaflor - to dissect the year 2017 (The Shape of Water winning Best Picture).
