    Devotion Over Discipline

In this late-night session, I’m getting raw about what it actually looks like to date yourself and honor your body’s rhythm. I’m sharing why I traded the gym for yoga this week and why I spent my Friday releasing tears instead of "powering through." We’re talking about the transition from the rigid discipline we were taught to the soulful devotion we actually need. I’m also touching on why the digital dating world doesn't align with the organic, spirit-led life I’m building, and why I’m choosing to wait for what is meant for me. Inside this episode: The Friday Release: Why crying is a form of self-care. Cycle Syncing: Choosing yoga over the gym to honor my feminine energy. Legacy Work: Breaking the grooming that told us to be "useful" instead of "human." The 10-Woman Intensive: Why I’m opening 10 spots on March 9th for the women ready to go deeper. Feeling Stressed? Here’s Your Body Reset Protocol

Yesterday was a lot. Honestly, it was probably the most stress I’ve felt in a long time. We all know that "can’t stop, won’t stop" energy, but my body finally sent the SOS signal and I had to listen. In this episode, I’m walking you through exactly how I decompress when the week gets heavy. I’m sharing the intentional steps I took today to reset my system, get back into my body, and stop carrying that tension. In this episode, we’re diving into: • The "Stress Pivot": What to do the morning after a total meltdown. • Body Awareness: How to stop living in your head and start feeling your physical self. • The Ritual: My go to steps for an intentional reset. Healing Can Get MESSY!

I recorded this episode at 12:30 AM in the literal midst of my mess. Healing is not an aesthetic; it is messy, it is ugly, and sometimes it is full of snot, tears, and heavy doubt. Today, I’m sharing how I navigated through yesterday's "unfavorable" challenges without letting them stop my progress or my commitment to my children. If you are a black woman, an eldest daughter, or a single mother who feels like you are barely making sense right now, this is for you. We are talking about why sticking to your plan during the hardships is the ultimate sign of your growth. Don’t allow the mess to stop you from moving forward. You are healing. Keep going. Still Single? Girl, You Are Not Broken

Happy Valentine’s Day, Beautiful. I know I am a few days late. This episode was supposed to drop on February 9th, but life and tech had other plans. I have included a quick update at the top of the show to catch you up on the technical hurdles, but honestly, it is right on time. Today we are talking to the woman who feel down in the dumps because it is Valentine’s Day and the world is screaming about couples while you are standing in your singleness. I have been there, watching everyone else get the flowers while I was paying the Eldest Daughter Tax and feeling like I was damaged goods. But healing actually changes your body chemistry. When you move from surviving to being, you realize you are not broken, you are being prepared. And honoring you becomes fulfilling. In this episode I am sharing: Why I stopped feeling behind in love. How to date yourself first so you stop attracting projects. The shift from the Clearance Rack to the Luxury Experience.
