    Today I chat with Kristina Ambler, a magical multi-passionate 1/3 Sacral Manifesting Generator based on the Central Coast of Australia. Kristina is a wellness and mind body eating coach, she’s also a motivational speaker, international retreat facilitator and she has a background in Gestalt psychotherapy.  Kristina shares her journey of transitioning from the beauty industry to a career in wellness, using her own personal experiences as a place to support others in making the important mind body connection. We talk about the validation she felt when finding out she was an MG and how she no longer feels ‘wrong’ for doing many different things at once.     07. Feeling clueless about your career

    In today’s episode we are talking about feeling clueless when it comes to your career. It’s knowing you want to do something else, but have no clue what that is. It’s the feeling of having no idea what you actually like or are good at, which leaves you stuck and miserable. You want change but can’t figure out the WHAT or HOW.  Today I share my own story of feeling stuck and clueless in my career and what helped me get to the place I’m in today. I go through the importance of getting to know yourself and and following your clues.  And I also share my new offering, my very first digital course called Clueless - An Investigation into Yourself, which I hope will help all of you go from confusion to clarity when it comes to your career.  Enjoy the show!
