When Evil Appears to Win | Daniel 11:36–12:13

When evil appears to be winning, how can we have hope? As we conclude our series through Daniel, we come to one of the Bible's most sobering, and hope-filled, visions. Daniel sees the rise of a future self-exalting ruler, a time of unprecedented trouble, and what appears to be the triumph of evil. Yet beneath the chaos, God is still sovereign. The final victory of evil is not actually the triumph of evil at all. It is the last stage before God delivers His people, raises the dead, and establishes His kingdom forever. In this message from Daniel 11:36–12:13, we explore the Antichrist, the Tribulation, the resurrection of the dead, and the hope that enables God's people to remain faithful even in the darkest days. Topics include: • Why evil sometimes appears to prosper • The Bible's vision of the end times • The promise of resurrection and final justice • How Christians can persevere through suffering • The Kingdom of God and the return of Christ God's people can remain faithful through the darkest days because God has already determined the final victory of His kingdom that cannot be shaken. Whether you're exploring Christianity, wrestling with difficult questions about suffering and evil, or seeking encouragement to remain faithful in a challenging world, this episode is for you. If this episode encourages you, please rate, review, subscribe, and share. Those simple actions help more people discover the truth, goodness, and beauty of the Christian story. Prepared for What's Coming | Daniel 10:1–11:35

How can we prepare for suffering before it comes? In Daniel 10–11, God gives Daniel a remarkable vision of future kingdoms, political upheavals, spiritual conflict, and persecution. Yet the purpose of the prophecy is not merely to satisfy our curiosity about the future. It is to prepare God's people to remain faithful when suffering comes. One of the central messages of this passage is that God doesn't simply know the future. He rules the future. The rise and fall of empires, the actions of kings, and even the suffering of God's people all unfold under His sovereign authority. For Daniel's original audience, this revelation would have provided hope and stability in the midst of uncertainty. For Christians today, it reminds us that health crises, family difficulties, financial hardship, and seasons of suffering do not take God by surprise. Nothing enters our lives apart from the sovereign hand of our Father. Ultimately, Daniel points us beyond prophecy to Jesus Christ. Daniel shows us a God who is sovereign over suffering; the cross shows us a God who entered into suffering for our salvation. The greatest suffering in history was not outside God's control. It was the very means by which God accomplished redemption and brought us into His kingdom that cannot be shaken. If you're facing a difficult season or wrestling with questions about suffering, God's sovereignty, biblical prophecy, or Christian faithfulness, this message is for you. If this episode encouraged you, please rate, review, subscribe, and share it with someone who may need the reminder that God is in control and His purposes cannot fail.
