    Time Warp Episode 001 - Kai Metzner, Keely Waters & Jesse Hunt in Middle Distance Chat

    In this first Time WARP episode, WARP chats to Keely Waters, Kai Metzner and Jesse Hunt in a special 2024 WA Middle Distance Compilation Episode.  Keely Waters and Kai Metzner joined Dan back on the 29th July 2024 as co-hosts in Episode 042 and shared their expertise on all things middle distance.  We finish the episode with an interview with Jesse Hunt who spoke with Sinead, Matt and Dan back on the 4th March 2024 in Episode 022. Jesse Hunt is a West Aussie turning heads in the men's national 1500m scene. We discuss his early days at Karrinyup Little Athletics and John Septimus Roe, his time as a college athlete at the University of North Carolina and personal bests as a professional athlete for the OAC Oceania team.  Hope you're having a great break, and we'll see you in 2025!     Episode 60 | Kat Watt & the Honolulu Marathon Recap

    In our last record of 2024, we want to thank you for listening to us this year and in particular during this transitional period over the last 8 episodes.  In the last Strive event of the year (Program C) we fail to acknowledge someone's time in their Steeplechase debut but congratulate Ethan Harbison taking out the men's Javelin event (we think that's a good throw).  In this week's interview, we chat with Kat Watt about her run at the Honolulu Marathon, training in new and difficult conditions and her history as a runner and a coach. We’ll be releasing compilation episodes of our favourite interviews over the new year break before returning officially on the 14th January.  We have some exciting plans for 2025, and we can’t wait to share them with you in the new year.     Episode 56 | Vici Richardson | Big 6 Invitational | GPT 100 Miler

    RAMS Running took out the Big 6 Invitational Elimination Mile with Rebekah Newton & Max Shervington winning the women’s and men’s race.  Thomas Cross & Kyra Pilmer win the 800m with Angie Ross & Dante Armstrong taking out the 3000m at the Strive Friday Night event.  Shane Johnstone, Kate Timmons, Bryce Turvey & Ariarn Huston doing WA proud at the Grampians Peak Trail 100 Miler in brutal conditions. Congrats to Bryce coming second in the 50km race and Ariarn winning the Stage Race.  We chat to the wonderful Vici Richardson who won Sandman 50 last weekend as she shares her origin story and her relationship with running.  We'll do the usual WARP admin as Chris shares another running toilet story on his Friday run this week.    Reach out and connect!     Episode 55 | Sandman 50 | Run Bibbulmum Track Stage Race | The Great World Race

    Chris and Simon get back on the training bandwagon as Chris solves the mystery behind his son's sleep issues.  We recap the Sandman 50 with Ethan Stirrat and Vici Richardson taking out the win, which included our favourite name, Zacheus Gildersleeve coming second in the team relay with Shelley Smith.  Joel Gray and Victoria Cole takes out the Long Course Run Bibbulmun Track Stage Race, and we discuss paying 49,500 Euros to run 8 laps of the Marathon Club as part of the Great World Race.  There are whispers of a potential Lake Monger parkrun, we discuss the usual WARP admin, and whether the Transcend bet is happening.
