EPCOT starts with an early performance of Luminous The Symphony of Us, followed by a New Year's Eve fireworks celebration just before midnight, plus dance parties around World Showcase. 🎸 John Stamos Replaces The Beach Boys at EPCOT Eat to the Beat John Stamos and the California Sound will perform at the America Gardens Theatre on the 11th and 12th of November, taking over the dates originally booked for The Beach Boys. There are three shows a night, at 5:30pm, 6:45pm and 8pm, included with EPCOT admission. 🚗 Waymo in Orlando Review: Riding a Driverless Car from Universal Orlando to International Drive We rode a Waymo electric Jaguar I-PACE from Universal Orlando back towards our hotel near SeaWorld along International Drive, and even nicknamed the car "Terry". Through the Waymo app you can pre-set the cabin temperature and move the front passenger seat forward for extra legroom, then tap "Start Ride" on the in-car screen, which shows a live 3D map of everything the car sees. It uses 29 cameras, 6 radars, 5 LiDAR sensors and 4 audio sensors, and the cabin microphones stay off unless you connect with customer support. Waymo's first Orlando service zone covers about 60 square miles, including Universal Orlando Resort, SeaWorld, International Drive and parts of Downtown Orlando. There's no direct service to Orlando International Airport (MCO) yet, and no pickups or drop-offs at the Walt Disney World theme parks. The resort opens on 1st July 2027, and bookings open on 6th, 7th and 8th October depending on who you are. 🚢 Disney Believe Reveal Livestream Disney Cruise Line is revealing more about its newest ship on 7th October, including the homeport, itineraries and entertainment.
