Katie, Emma, and Jay have been listening to The Killers since they were little—members of the first generation to truly grow up with the band. Now in their twenties, these three ladies have found that the love they hold for their favorite band has only grown over time. On the Killersluts Podcast, they take a look at the band’s discography to analyze the music and lyrical content while considering the history of the band. But the main goal is to make each other laugh.

    This week, we decided to reintroduce ourselves because we figured new listeners might check out this episode first. We were absolutely terrible at this, so skip to about 25 or 30 minutes in if you're only here to listen to us talk about Mr. Brightside and not... Spotify Wrapped and fanfiction about ourselves. Anywho, this week we're talking about Mr. Brightside! This is the song that started it all! Tune in to hear us talk about the history of the song, and all the ways that the lyrics ended up being a sort of self-fulfilling prophecy for the life of the band to come.
