Can You Sell High Ticket If You're Not a Business Coach?

You can change someone's life and still freeze when they ask, "so what's the result?" This whole episode came from a real question. I was teaching live, and a fitness coach told me she doesn't coach weight loss, so her results feel too fake to sell. I hear a version of this all the time. From the healer. From the doula. From the coach whose work is about feeling safe in your own body again. The work is real. The trouble is a mix-up about what a "result" even is. So we clear it up. You are not selling a number. You are selling a shift, a from and a to. And when that shift is deep, you don't sell it by shouting a bigger promise. You sell it with the truth and a good story. In this episode: Why "the result feels fake" is a positioning problem, not a value problemThe from-to that replaces the number on the scaleHow to niche your method instead of shrinking yourselfThe client stories that do the selling for youHow to mine one past client for a year of marketingIf your genius has been hard to name, this one is for you. Key takeaways: Stop selling a number. What you actually sell is a transformation, a movement from one reality to another. The shift is the result.Go broad on the transformation, specific on the method. Don't niche the person down to a tiny box. Niche the way only you do the work.Bold claims feel fake because they're generic. Keep the promise honest and let real client stories carry the feeling. People buy from feeling. One sale means you're validated. Even a single yes proves someone will pay for this. Go back and study exactly who, and why.Your body can't sell what it secretly thinks is fake. If you believe the result deep down, they feel it. The deep work isn't smaller than weight loss. It's bigger. If you want to see how your work becomes one clear, sellable offer, my free Prosper Flow masterclass walks you through it: https://embodiedbusiness.co/the-prosper-flow Ready to map it out with a real person? The Most Expensive Effort in Your Business Is Thinking

When something in your business feels hard, it's often not the work itself. It's everything extra you've wrapped around it. Last week I was in a castle in Scotland, spending the week in a Qigong retreat with the small group I've trained with for over 20 years, and one morning I woke up with the impulse to record an episode. No microphone. No camera. No studio. Just my iPhone, a pair of headphones, and a squirrel that wandered onto the path halfway through. The technique I was learning that week looks like almost nothing from the outside. The movements are tiny. The transitions are as simple as possible. No extra movement, no fluff. And the effect on the energy is incredible. That is the lesson I couldn't wait to share with you, because it applies directly to your business: the overthinking, the over-researching, the endless refining before you let anything out the door. All of it is detour. In this episode: Why the real effort that exhausts you is the effort of thinkingThe client myth I hear all the time: "I can't post until I understand my whole business"What a flow of doing looks like: create it, ship it, go to the next thingThe story of the woman who built a brand by talking into her iPhone on morning walksThe AI trap: refining with Claude or ChatGPT instead of doing the action that mattersThe one question to ask today: what is the shortest path to the thing you want to make? This one is short on purpose. Consider it an impulse, not a lecture. Key takeaways The shortest line wins. The distance between the thought in your mind and the thing you put out should be as short as possible. Every extra step is friction. The heaviest effort is the effort of thinking. Your nervous system wants to keep you safe from rejection. Honor that, heal what needs healing, and then ship anyway. You don't need the full picture to show up today. Share one insight, one question, one piece of wisdom. Clarity comes from doing, not before it.Ship, then go to the next thing. Post it, send it, have the conversation. Don't attach to any single outcome. Build from the feedback, the yeses and the nos.You already have everything you need. No studio, no problem. An iPhone and a pair of headphones made this episode.Less is more, embodied. Tiny movements, enormous effect. Take out everything extra and the power of the thing itself comes through. If you're ready for the shortest path from everything you do to one clear, sellable offer, my free Prosper Flow masterclass is the place to start: https://embodiedbusiness.co/the-prosper-flow And if you'd rather talk it through, book a free offer mapping call with my team: https://embodiedbusiness.co/offer-mapping 00:00 A castle garden in Scotland01:15 The technique that looks like nothing03:00 Wake up, feel the impulse, record: nothing in between04:30 Where you're overdoing it (and why your nervous system does that)06:00 "I can't post until I understand my whole business"07:30 No mic, no studio: the iPhone story09:00 "Record it today. Your Million-Dollar Asset: Building a Business That Runs Without You on the Socials

I'm a business coach who teaches social media, and I didn't post for a year and a half. It was the best year my business has ever had. I already made more in 2026 than I used to make in a full year, and for a long time I felt too ashamed to admit any of it out loud. Last week, in a sunny park in Lisbon, a fellow course creator — someone who's done multiple millions with one program — turned to me and said, "I want to get back into coaching, but the one thing I don't want to do is post on social media." I laughed. Because I hadn't posted in about a year and a half, and my business was flourishing anyway.  That conversation is why I finally decided to tell you the whole story. The short version: it isn't "post more" or "post less." It's one very well-built funnel — an asset so strong I can simply turn it on when I want more clients. In this episode I walk you through exactly how it works, the years and the thousands of sales calls it took to build, and why none of it happened overnight. In this episode: Why I felt guilty, behind, and even a little threatened — and what finally shiftedThe exact funnel I already use for 4 yearsWhy I call it my "million-dollar asset" — and why one of my coaches says it's "like a marriage"The theater-maker's secret to designing an event people actually convert fromHow building a sales team let the funnel finally run continuouslyThe permission I want to give you: you can build your business completely your wayAnd yes — the weekly podcast is back. Every July episode is already scheduled. I'm back. Key takeaways You don't need to post every day to have a thriving business. You need one path that reliably reaches the right people. Social media is a beautiful, free, optional gateway — not the only one.One strong funnel beats constant content. Mine runs ad → masterclass → email → call → program. When I want more clients, I turn on the ads.The asset is built, not bought. Years of live challenges, thousands of sales calls, and endless refinement made a funnel that reaches the right people.A great trust-building event is an art. My masterclass is an emotional journey, designed so the right person sees what's possible and takes action.A team changes everything. Building a sales team meant the funnel could finally run continuously instead of getting switched off every time I got tired.Release the guilt. If you feel behind because you're not posting — your business is allowed to grow in its own way.Call to action Want a funnel that lets you say "I'll just turn it on"? Shaolin Qigong Master: The Truth About Flow, Energy & Success

There's a version of building your business that feels like the current is with you. And there's a version that feels like swimming upstream. If you're a multi-skilled, integrity-driven coach, therapist or expert — you feel that difference in your whole body. Your sensitivity is your gift. Which means when the flow is gone, it doesn't just feel hard. It feels wrong. In this episode of the Embodied & Wealthy Podcast, I sit down with Darryl Collett — Shaolin Kung Fu and Qigong master, and my teacher of 20 years — for one of the most alive conversations I've ever recorded. We go deep on three things: flow, energy, and success. And by the end of this episode, you'll have a completely different relationship with all three. What Is Flow — Really? Most people think flow is something you create. Something you work toward, optimise for, chase. Sifu Darryl reframes it entirely. Flow is the natural default state of the universe. It's already there. The question isn't how to create it — it's how to stop interrupting it. In this episode, Darryl gives what he calls his best definition of flow: effortless outcome. Depending on what effort we're making — habits, plans, ideas — and how hands-off we are in letting our correct actions become non-action, is how deeply and consistently we stay in flow. We talk about why multi-skilled coaches and experts are particularly sensitive to being in or out of flow — and why that sensitivity, as uncomfortable as it can be, is actually one of your greatest assets. Why We Knock Ourselves Out of Flow This is the part of the conversation that stopped me. Darryl introduces the idea of reasons — the stories, habits, and patterns that feel so convincing in the moment. The "I've always done it this way." The "it didn't work last time." The immediate retreat from a new idea back to familiar ground. We do what we do because reasons. But we rarely stop to ask: are these reasons actually bringing me toward what I want? We also talk about the difference between a sincere desire and one that's quietly carrying someone else's agenda — and how to tell the difference. This is one of the most practically useful distinctions in the whole episode for anyone building a coaching or expert business. What Energy Actually Is The word energy gets used a lot. In coaching, in wellness, in spiritual spaces. And often in ways that feel vague or ungrounded. Darryl explains energy in a way I haven't heard before, as information. Universal energy is the substance with which all physical matter is made and measured. And energy flow is, in his words, the information of effortless outcome. We also talk about energy transmission, what it actually is, why it works, and why being in proximity to someone who embodies flow can shift your own state without you having to understand it intellectually or work for it. I'll be honest: I experienced this just by recording this conversation. By Thursday I was still in it — that quiet hum where everything moves without effort. I hadn't done anything different. I'd just had a conversation. The Most Beautiful Definition of Success Stay until the end of this episode. Darryl gives a definition of success that I have never heard before. It doesn't involve a number, a milestone, or a metric. It starts in the body. And it ends in generosity. I'm not going to give it away here. You need to hear it for yourself. What You'll Take From This Episode This conversation is for you if you've ever felt like you're working harder than you should have to. If you know something bigger is available — in your business, your work, your life — but you keep hitting an invisible ceiling. If the word flow resonates but you're not sure how to actually live it. Darryl has been teaching Kung Fu and Qigong for over 40 years, trained in the Shaolin Wahnam lineage. He works with entrepreneurs, artists, opera singers, and leaders. You won't find him on the internet — he finds his students through the depth of his work. This episode is the closest I can get to putting you in a room with him. Listen all the way to the end. When the Funnel Expert Behind 7-Figure Launches Spills the Tea with Cheyenne Buttrey

If you’ve ever felt the pressure to “have a funnel,” this episode will feel like a breath of fresh air. Relinde sits down with Cheyenne Buttrey, funnel strategist and founder of The Funnel Method, who has spent the past six years behind the scenes of some of the biggest creator-led brands — including StoryBrand and BossBabe — building seven-figure launches and evergreen systems. You’ll learn: How to know when your offer is truly ready to automate — the real-world signs that your offer has traction, proof, and resonance. The biggest mistake most people make when building a funnel — trying to scale before they’ve validated the offer, message, or market fit.Subtle ways your marketing may be leaking energy (and sales) — from misaligned messaging to nurture emails that end too soon. How to create connection and trust through your funnel — so it becomes a bridge between your truth and your clients, not a pressure machine. Why honesty and transparency are the new authority — and how showing the truth behind your numbers and process builds long-term loyalty.Cheyenne shares the grounded strategies she’s used to create sustainable, seven-figure funnels that still feel human — while Relinde brings her embodied perspective on energy, alignment, and truth-based marketing. This conversation will help you understand when to automate, what to simplify, and how to build a funnel that supports your nervous system instead of draining it. This episode marks a new chapter — for the work, the brand, and for me. I’ll share how the Embodied Vision™ method began (and how 18 practitioners are already certified in it), what this means for the future of my programs, and why the new podcast name — Embodied & Wealthy — reflects the real work we’re here to do: creating success that feels as good as it looks.
