Ep. 23: Giving someone else flowers doesn't kill your garden

Often times, if I compliment one of my daughters, another daughter will say "but what about me?". And what I have had to teach them is someone else's compliment is not your rejection. In this episode, we discuss how we might be unwillingly comparing ourselves and wondering, "but what about me?", when we should be looking at all the wonderful things we have going on and being happy for all the other people around us. Life is abundant. Giving away some flowers doesn't mean your own garden isn't flourishing. xoxo, Amber

Ep. 21: Learning to Hear Your Intuitions Voice

* a note from Amber : Hi! If you are listening, thank you. I cannot tell you how grateful I am. This is officially my 21st episode. Several months ago, I sat in a room for creators and podcasters, and the speaker told us that most podcasts do not make it to 21 episodes. He said most people quit before then. I told myself in that moment, there was no other goal, just to make 21 episodes. And here we are. I did it. Thank you for being a part of this all. 3

The Pattern Interrupt - how one small decision can change your day

We are often not even aware of the patterns we succumb to. Our brains will tell us what we don't have time for or can't do. It's not our brains fault, it's wired to keep us comfortable and safe. But what happens when we let our hearts lead? Can we teach an old brain new tricks to create the life we want... one small decision at a time?
