What am I supposed to be doing in my 20s? Isn't it the time to try out all the experiences I can while I'm in my youth? What if I'm broke? Should I be putting all my energy into a successful career? Should I be dating seriously at this age?  Our 20s is probably the most confusing, yet exciting but delusional time that a person will go through in their lives.     What I learned in therapy

    Have you ever been to therapy? Truthfully, I know there's a stigma attached to counselling so it's not easy for people to admit to the help that they need, but it's truly a wonderful experience that I believe everyone should try once (the earlier the better!)     Stop following the norm!!

    People in their 20s are always trying to fit into a certain normal standard. And this is fine if this is something that you enjoy! But not many realize that you can and you should challenge yourself to deviate from the norm. It can open your eyes up to so many new experiences and perspectives which is exactly what 20 year olds should strive to acquire!     What does money mean to you?

    Money is the golden pot that everyone chases and that everyone wants. But is that really a good thing? Money possesses a lot of power - it can completely influence every single decision of the direction you choose to take in your life. People in their 20s are generally money-obsessed, but unfortunately, this can largely deteriorate one's quality of life. However, not many people realize this at a young age which can be jeopardizing for someone in their youth. In this episode, I talk mainly about my perspective on money and what kind of role money plays in people's lives. Of course, money is incredibly vague and complicated so there are many different things that can be said about this simple yet universally vital object.

    Going on exchange was the best decision of my life

    I went on exchange to France from september 2022 to may 2023 and it was the best year of my life. Essentially, I talk about the preparation of my exchange and my amazing experiences there all whilst trying to convince you to apply abroad if you've had recurring thoughts of studying or working abroad. Main takeaway: go abroad, you'll never look back.

    Friendship icks
