Ep#134 Why Your AI Sounds Generic (And How a Second Brain Fixes It)

Send us Fan Mail In this episode, Kristen Werner explains why AI output so often feels generic or "sloppy," and how she and Mia fixed it by building a second brain: a place their whole business offers, SOPs, brand voice, terms and conditions lives so their AI has a real foundation to draw from instead of guessing. She covers why Notion works better than Google Docs for AI-connected business systems, and real examples from blog automation, email campaigns, and even vineyard record-keeping. She walks through why most people's AI output feels like "sloppy seconds" (the AI has no foundation to draw from, so it's guessing every time), why she and Mia moved off Google Docs and onto Notion once they realised it talks to AI far more seamlessly, and what changed once their whole business — offers, SOPs, brand voice, terms and conditions actually lived somewhere the AI could read properly.  Real examples: a blog that used to never get written now ships itself every Monday morning. An email drafted from memory in a Spotlight aisle came out "spot on." Her husband asked Claude for a login instead of asking her. If your business lives in your head and falls apart on a bad brain day, this is the episode. KEY TAKEAWAYS "AI slop" generic output that doesn't sound like you usually isn't an AI problem, it's a foundation problem. Without a second brain to draw from, the AI is guessing every time.A second brain is a place your business information lives outside any one AI platform, so it works across Claude, ChatGPT, or whatever you use next. It's not locked into one tool.Notion connects to AI more seamlessly than Google Docs, which is why Kristen and Mia rebuilt their system around it after Google Docs kept falling out of sync with what was actually in Claude.Once the second brain is built, updating it can be as simple as talking out loud — brain dumps get sorted, categorised, and actioned without you sitting down to type it all out.Building it once takes roughly 45 minutes to an hour to get started. The payoff compounds every time you use it after that.🧠 BUILD YOUR SECOND BRAIN WITH US 👉 CLICK HERE 💃 JOIN THE UNSCRIPTED EVENT WAITLIST 👉   hivehubcollective.co/unscripted 🪩 JOIN OUR EVOLUTION COACHING PROGRAM:  👉 hivehubcollective.co/evolution 🤖 FREE AI RESOURCES:  👉 hivehubcollective.co/free-resources ✌️ Here is ACE Follow Us: Instagram: @hivehubcollectiveTikTok: @kristenwernercoach & @dopaminedeliveredYoutube: @multibrilliantproject Products We Recommend & are Affiliates for: 14-Day Free Trial at STAN STOREGet OPUS Clips for your Social Media...

Ep#133 How I Built an App Overnight With Claude Code, No Coding Experience (Just a Mum Who Needed to Help Her Son)

Send us Fan Mail Kristen's son had a meltdown over the word "probably." Ripped the page, screamed, cried and Kristen, dyslexic herself, recognised every bit of it. She couldn't sleep that night. By the next afternoon she'd sat down with Claude, then Claude Code, and built him a spelling and handwriting tool that speaks to him, never uses a red pen, and gamifies the exact process that used to break him. This one's for more than one kind of listener. If you're a parent raising a dyslexic or neurodivergent kid, this is the "probably" story and everything it taught her. If you're an entrepreneur sitting on an idea, this is what it actually looks like to build it in a weekend instead of waiting for permission. And if you're curious what Claude Code can really do, this is a real, unedited build process the first conversation, the move into Claude Code, testing the prototype on her own kids the same day not a highlight reel. It's about Ace. It's also about what happens when a busy, brilliant brain stops waiting to be qualified enough to solve the problem in front of it. Ace is a literacy practice tool built to support kids who struggle with spelling and handwriting, including dyslexic kids. It isn't an assessment or diagnostic product. ✌️ GET ACE HERE  🧠 BUILD YOUR SECOND BRAIN WITH US 👉 CLICK HERE 💃 JOIN THE UNSCRIPTED EVENT WAITLIST 👉   hivehubcollective.co/unscripted 🪩 JOIN OUR EVOLUTION COACHING PROGRAM:  👉 hivehubcollective.co/evolution 🤖 FREE AI RESOURCES:  👉 hivehubcollective.co/free-resources ✌️ Here is ACE Follow Us: Instagram: @hivehubcollectiveTikTok: @kristenwernercoach & @dopaminedeliveredYoutube: @multibrilliantproject Products We Recommend & are Affiliates for: 14-Day Free Trial at STAN STOREGet OPUS Clips for your Social Media...

Ep#132 ADHD, Dopamine and Business: Coming off ADHD medication and finding my spark again

Send us Fan Mail 100 Biz Ideas Series The weirdest part of getting your life together is realising you might not like who you become. Mia's a week off her ADHD meds and something's returning: the creativity, the impulsivity, the ideas that won't shut up, the chaotic energy that made her, her. This episode is not health advice (do not take health advice from a podcast). It's the honest conversation about ADHD medication, dopamine, identity, and what happens to the risk-taking part of you that fuels your business when "functioning" starts to feel like flattening. Mia digs into why medicated life can be brilliant for focus and anxiety and also dull the exact spark that makes entrepreneurship work, why "niche down and pick one thing" is the wrong advice for our brains, and the approach we teach instead: build a stable core first, then play. That core is monthly recurring revenue. Memberships, paid communities, one-to-many programs. Not just a business model, actual nervous system support. Plus: finding your "breathe number", why desperation kills sales, how to keep the repeatable parts of business consistent without making them boring, and what Mia & Kristen are building next, including the in-person event for creators 40+ in Melbourne this November. Share this with a mate who has ten ideas and zero patience. Ep#131 From Corporate Polish to Content: How to Create Videos Without Freezing

Send us Fan Mail A double rainbow, a car recording, and a real conversation about why so many smart women freeze the second they try to post a video. If you spent years in corporate learning how to sound polished, considered and edited, of course Instagram Reels and TikTok feel like a completely different sport. You're not lazy. You're trained. Mia and Kristen trace the shift from 2015 Instagram (curated squares, perfect captions) to what content asks for now (voice, video, personality, a bit of vulnerability), and name the invisible things making it harder for us specifically: masking, ADHD traits, perimenopause brain fog, and the loop of "what will people think" that keeps good ideas stuck in drafts for weeks. Then they get practical. Pick one idea that keeps calling you back. Anchor it to a clear point. Remember that social media is a selfish platform, people stay when your story actually helps them. And the bigger reframe: the brilliantly unscripted approach, which is press record before you overthink it, use a simple story arc (hook, peak, takeaway), and build confidence through repetition rather than perfection. If you need a low-pressure way in, try opening with "oops, I accidentally created some content" and let yourself flow. After you've recorded, Mia walks through the tidy workflow she uses to clean it up with Claude and Whisperflow: transcribe the audio, cut the repeats, add text-on-screen ideas, all without losing the natural voice that makes it worth watching in the first place. The takeaway: your polished professional self is real, but she's not the version that connects on video. The version that connects is the one who presses record and trusts that repetition will do the work perfectionism keeps promising. Key takeaways You're not lazy about creating content, you were trained to be polished, and polish is not what platforms reward nowMasking, ADHD and perimenopause brain fog make the freeze worse, and naming it is half the workPick one idea that keeps calling you back, anchor it to one clear point, and use a simple story arc: hook, peak, takeawayConfidence comes from repetition, not from waiting until you feel ready"Oops, I accidentally created some content" is the permission slip to start🧠 BUILD YOUR SECOND BRAIN WITH US 👉 CLICK HERE 💃 JOIN THE UNSCRIPTED EVENT WAITLIST 👉   hivehubcollective.co/unscripted 🪩 JOIN OUR EVOLUTION COACHING PROGRAM:  👉 hivehubcollective.co/evolution 🤖 FREE AI RESOURCES:  👉 hivehubcollective.co/free-resources ✌️ Here is ACE Follow Us: Instagram: @hivehubcollectiveTikTok: @kristenwernercoach & @dopaminedeliveredYoutube: @multibrilliantproject Products We Recommend & are Affiliates for: 14-Day Free Trial at STAN STOREGet OPUS Clips for your Social Media...

Ep #130 Female Friendship in Your 40s: Why Girls' Trips Matter More Than Ever

Send us Fan Mail You know that feeling when you've laughed so hard your face aches and your brain finally goes quiet? Kristen recorded this one on the drive home from a girls' weekend, still buzzing, because she wanted to catch it before it faded. This episode is about the magic of long-term female friendship, what changes about it in your late 30s and 40s, and the honest case for why these weekends away aren't indulgent; they're how you refill the cup. Plus, a first look at something Mia and Kristen have been circling for a while: Unscripted, an in-person event for 40+ content creators. Key Take Aways Joy isn't a reward you earn after the to-do list is done, it's part of how you stay functional. Treat it as maintenance, not indulgence.Long-term friendship changes shape with age, but the "we get it" shorthand between women who've known each other a long time doesn't disappear, it deepens. If you've been running on fumes, the fix isn't another system, it's booking the date, splitting the cost, and going.Content creators over 40 rarely get spaces built for them. Unscripted is Mia and Kristen building that room themselves. 🧠 BUILD YOUR SECOND BRAIN WITH US 👉 CLICK HERE 💃 JOIN THE UNSCRIPTED EVENT WAITLIST 👉   hivehubcollective.co/unscripted 🪩 JOIN OUR EVOLUTION COACHING PROGRAM:  👉 hivehubcollective.co/evolution 🤖 FREE AI RESOURCES:  👉 hivehubcollective.co/free-resources ✌️ Here is ACE Follow Us: Instagram: @hivehubcollectiveTikTok: @kristenwernercoach & @dopaminedeliveredYoutube: @multibrilliantproject Products We Recommend & are Affiliates for: 14-Day Free Trial at STAN STOREGet OPUS Clips for your Social Media...

Ep #129 You Can Build A Business That Still Works When You Can’t Show Up

Send us Fan Mail You know that feeling when you open your phone to create… and instead you get hit with dread, brain fog, and a scroll of bad news that makes your work feel pointless? Mia gets real about falling off the content wagon for months, what an ADHD slump actually looks like behind the scenes, and why forcing “consistency” can make everything worse. We unpack what helps when you’re juggling executive dysfunction, rejection sensitivity, school holidays, life, and the hormone chaos of perimenopause. Rather than pushing out content for the sake of it, we talk about building safety nets that keep your business stable: low-budget paid ads that bring in leads while you’re offline, tracking your cycle to plan around your best days, and designing offers with monthly recurring revenue so income doesn’t crash every time life gets loud. We also make the case for content that lasts longer than 24 hours, like podcasts and SEO blog posts, so your work compounds instead of disappearing overnight. Then we dive into AI for neurodivergent entrepreneurs, including how we use a Notion “second brain” to store our voice, frameworks, links, workflows and brain dumps so tools like Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT can produce content that actually sounds like us. We share how a blogging agent can create weekly posts, support SEO, and help you show up even when you can’t, plus the ethics: human-in-the-loop reviews, disclosure, governance, and mindful use. If you’re ready to stop relying on motivation and start relying on systems, hit play, subscribe, and share this with a mate who’s stuck in a content funk. Ep#128 Overthinking Every Hook? The One Line That Gets You Posting Again

Send us Fan Mail You film the video. You watch it back. You decide it's not quite right, and it dies in your drafts with the other forty. Sound familiar?  In this solo episode of the I Am That Content Creator Podcast, recorded on a walk before an appointment because imperfect beats perfect, Kristen Werner shares the one-line hook that breaks her out of content paralysis every single time: "Oops, I accidentally created some content." It sounds silly. It works. Kristen explains why overthinking your hook keeps your best content stuck in your drafts, how this one line breaks the ice so you actually hit record, and why being unscripted beats a polished script written by AI.  She unpacks the networking analogy that makes it click, why multi-passionate and neurodivergent women don't have to create in a linear way, and the content advantage women 40+ have that 20-something creators can't touch. If you overthink every post, this is your permission slip to just start. Ep#127 You're Not Scattered. How to Build Your Brand Without 'Niching' Down

Send us Fan Mail You have been told to niche down so many times you're starting to believe the problem is you. It isn't. In this solo episode of the I Am That Content Creator Podcast, Kristen Werner gets honest about the guilt multi-passionate, ADHD and neurodivergent women carry for refusing to be one thing, and why the algorithm trained you to feel scattered for it. Here's what nobody selling you a niche will say: you don't need to pick one lane. You need a through line. That single thread connecting the vineyard, the gym, the AI, the side hustle and every other passion you've been told to hide. Pull it, and your content stops looking all over the shop and starts making sense. Kristen breaks down how to build a dynamic personal brand around your through line, why your core offer is the trunk of the tree and every passion is a branch, and how to create content that actually connects with your audience. If you're a multi-passionate woman who refuses to niche down, start here.
