What If Money Is a Relationship Too? (Ep #34 Relationship Series)

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! What if the way you experience money has less to do with money itself and more to do with the relationship you've built with it? In this episode, we're getting curious about our relationship with money: the beliefs and generational patterns we may have learned growing up, what we've decided having money means about us, how comfortable we actually are receiving it, and the energy we bring to spending, paying bills, and watching money leave our accounts. I’m also sharing a few real-life stories that might make you question some of your own money beliefs, along with a simple way to intentionally cultivate a more supportive relationship with your money through regular “money dates.” This isn't about pretending financial stress isn't real or believing that positive thoughts will magically make money appear. It's about awareness, curiosity, and noticing the stories and patterns that may be influencing your relationship with money without you even realizing it.  ✨This week's reflection questions✨ • What did I learn about money growing up, and what do I still believe today because of it?  • If money were a person, how would I describe my relationship with it right now?  • What would it look like to intentionally cultivate a more supportive and loving relationship with money? What if money is a relationship too? And what if you started cultivating that relationship intentionally? 💜 Support the show 💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week? What If You Don’t Have to Hold On So Tightly? (Ep #33 Relationship Series)

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! What if letting go doesn’t mean giving up? Sometimes we hold so tightly to the way we think something is supposed to happen that we leave very little room for anything else to unfold. In this episode, we’re exploring the relationship between letting go, surrender, and possibility. What happens when a relationship changes, a plan takes an unexpected turn, or life simply doesn’t unfold the way we imagined? Letting go doesn’t mean you stop caring or stop taking action toward what you desire. It can simply mean loosening your grip on the outcome. Doing the part that’s yours to do, taking the next aligned step, and releasing the parts you can’t control. Because sometimes creating space for what’s next means being willing to release our attachment to what we thought it was supposed to look like. ✨This week’s reflection questions✨ • What am I holding onto really tightly right now?  • What part of this is actually mine to do, and what am I trying to control that isn’t mine to control?  • If I loosened my grip on what I think it has to look like, what else might become possible? What if letting go isn’t about losing something? What if it’s about creating enough space to receive something you couldn’t see while you were holding on so tightly? What If It’s Possible for You Too? (Ep #32 Relationship Series)

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! Have you ever looked at someone else’s life and thought, Of course they can do that... but I could never do it? We can believe change is possible. We can see people starting over, changing careers, creating relationships, building businesses, breaking old patterns, and doing completely new things at 40, 50, 60, 70 and beyond. But believing something is possible in the world and believing it’s possible for you are two very different things. In this episode, we’re exploring what happens when comparison turns into lack, jealousy, resentment, or the belief that someone else is simply luckier, more confident, more gifted, or has something you don’t. What if instead of using someone else’s life as evidence of what you’re missing, you allowed it to expand your awareness of what might be possible? We also get into the stories we create about other people when we only see the outcome, how fear and limiting beliefs can influence what we think is possible, and what happens when the people who love us project their own fears onto the choices we’re making. Because being connected to yourself doesn’t mean ignoring other people’s advice. It means being open to what they have to say without handing them the authority to decide what’s possible for you. And if you’ve ever wondered whether you’re too old, it’s too late, you’ve been this way for too long, or you simply don’t know how, this conversation is for you. This week’s practice: Notice where possibility shows up and where you immediately shut it down. When you catch yourself thinking, That’s possible for them, but not for me, pause and ask: What if this is showing me what’s possible? And what might you allow yourself to consider if you believed it could be possible for you too? Support the show 💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week? What If You Don’t Have to Love Yourself First? (Ep #31 Relationship Series)

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! What if loving yourself isn’t where you have to start? We hear a lot about self-love and self-care, but having a supportive relationship with yourself is about more than loving every part of who you are or taking a day off for a little self-care. In this episode, we’re exploring what it actually means when I say you are the foundation of every relationship in your life and what that looks like in real life. We’ll talk about the difference between self-love, self-care, and actually caring for yourself, including the choices that don’t always feel comfortable: setting boundaries, asking for help, listening to your body, allowing yourself to have needs, telling yourself the truth, and making decisions that support the life you want to create. We’ll also explore why caring about yourself doesn’t mean other people stop mattering, what can happen when the people around you have benefited from you putting their needs before your own, and how the relationship you build with yourself can influence every other relationship in your life. And maybe self-love isn’t something you have to achieve before you can begin. Maybe self-trust, self-respect, and even self-love grow through the way you learn to listen to yourself, support yourself, and show up for yourself over time. ✨This week’s practice ✨ When something comes up, pause and ask yourself: What would supporting myself look like here? Not what would keep everyone else happy. Not necessarily what would make you feel better immediately. What would actually support you? Support the show 💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week? What If You Don’t Have To Believe Everything You Think?

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! What if you don’t have to believe everything you think? This week, I’m sharing one of our Friday Live Q&A conversations from the Pure Possibilities Podcast Facebook Community because this conversation felt too good to keep inside the group. We’re talking about noticing your thoughts, questioning the stories your mind creates, perceived judgment, supportive self-talk, and what becomes possible when you create enough awareness to choose a different response. I also share a simple breathing practice for those moments when you’re feeling scattered or disconnected, and we explore how our past experiences and beliefs can influence the way we interpret what’s happening right now. And if you joined me live, don’t skip this one. Sometimes when we hear something again after having a few days to notice how it’s showing up in our own lives, we hear something completely different. This week’s practice: Continue noticing your thoughts. You don’t need to immediately change or fix anything. Get curious about what you’re telling yourself and remember that having a thought doesn’t mean you have to believe it. And the card pull at the end? You seriously cannot make this stuff up. 😂 This conversation also leads us right into where we’re going next as we explore what it actually means when I say you are the foundation of every relationship in your life. What If Everything Really Is a Relationship? (Ep #30 Relationship Series)

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! When I started this Relationship Series, I believed everything was a relationship. Our relationship with ourselves, our body, our thoughts, money, time, trust, work, other people... and the list goes on and on.   Thirty conversations later, that belief feels even more true. In this episode, I'm reflecting on what's surprised me most so far throughout this series and why the surface issue is rarely the real issue. Whether it's resentment, perfectionism, people pleasing, fear, or even the stories we create in our own minds, so much of it eventually leads back to one question: What's happening inside of me? I also share a recent experience while traveling after foot surgery and how quickly my mind created a story about what other people might be thinking. It's a reminder that while we don't get to choose every thought that pops into our mind, we do get to choose what we do with it. This week's practice is simple:  ✨ Pause.  ✨ Notice your thoughts.  ✨ Notice how your body responds.  ✨ Reconnect with yourself through curiosity instead of judgment.  Because awareness isn't the transformation.  It's the first step towards it.   If this episode resonates with you, I'd love for you to share it with someone who might need to hear it. What If You Can't See Your Own Gifts? (Ep #29 Relationship Series)

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! You might be sitting on your best gift and calling it “nothing.” That’s the twist we unpack today: the qualities that come most naturally often get overlooked, not because they’re small, but because they’ve always been part of who we are. When we’re busy comparing ourselves to someone else’s talent or highlight reel, we miss what we consistently bring to the people around us and that’s where our real value often lives. I share a story about Stephen King tossing the first pages of Carrie in the trash, convinced they weren’t good enough, and how someone else saw what he couldn’t see up close. From there, we talk about the blind spots created by self-criticism, perfectionism, and imposter syndrome, and why other people experience us differently than we experience ourselves. We also widen the definition of “gifts” beyond obvious skills like writing or speaking. Your gift may be curiosity, pattern-noticing, calm energy in chaos, or the way you help people feel safe, seen, and understood. You’ll also hear a simple practice you can do this week: ask a trusted friend, family member, or coworker what they see in you that you may not see in yourself, then practice receiving their answer without minimizing or dismissing it.  If this resonates, subscribe so you don’t miss what’s next, share it with someone who needs a brighter mirror, and leave a review to help more people find the show. What If You Already Know? (Ep #28 Relationship Series)

Have a question or topic you'd like discussed? Click here to send a text or leave a voice memo! How often do you look outside of yourself for the answer? Maybe you've asked everyone around you for advice, made a pros and cons list, or waited for the certainty that never seems to come. In this episode, I'm exploring what it means to trust yourself, why we often wait for evidence before making a decision, and how the evidence we're looking for is often created after we choose. Instead of reflection questions this week, I'm inviting you to try a simple practice: ✨ Write each option you're considering on a separate piece of paper. ✨ Crumple them up and mix them together. ✨ Connect with your head and heart by placing your hand on your heart, close eyes if comfortable, and breathe.  ✨ Choose one. ✨ Before you decide whether you'll actually follow it, notice your body's response. Did you feel relief? Excitement? Disappointment? Did you immediately want to choose again? The paper isn't making the decision for you. It's simply helping you notice what may have already been there.  And notice if you feel pulled to pick again because you were hoping that you'd pick something else.  That's also information.   As always, we'll wrap up with a card pull from the Magic of What If™ deck and an invitation to pause, notice, get curious, and trust yourself just a little bit more. ❤️ Support the show 💌 Want more Pure Possibilities in your week?
