Why its not an official State but just a territory and a second class citizen where equality is important. It comes down to following the money trail. To be clear, Puerto Rico doesn't pay federal income tax, but they do pay the same federal medicare, social security, self-employment, unemployment, customs, and merchandise taxes the States. This was pre-recorded 1/24/2026. An hour after the news went out Dr. Alex Pretti. Does this prove my point? While later an Attorney General declared it might be okay to shoot I.C.E. agents. That absolutely proves my point in this video if anyone takes the A.G. seriously.
