    S5 - Ep 3 - When Two Worlds Collide

    When an unexploded bomb is found down by Ducketts Passage, Gary is in full panic mode especially when the bomb suddenly explodes. Much to Gary’s relief, Gary finds that he is still able to use his time portal to get back to the 90s… but he isn’t the only person that is able to use it, as Phoebe unknowingly makes her way into the future. The bomb blast has caused chaos with the time portal as it closes after Phoebe comes into 1998, leaving Gary with a major dilemma which gets worse when Yvonne turns up at the shop and comes face to face with Phoebe.     Phoebe is feeling the pressures of moving to the West End, after a trip to the butchers to get some meat, gives her an insight to how cruel the class barriers can be. Help is on hand from Noel Coward though, which sees Gary and Phoebe return to the butcher to put him in his place. Meanwhile in the 90s, Yvonne is rubbing shoulders with the rich and the famous, leaving Gary feeling a little left out.     Gary and Phoebe are adapting to their new lives as parents, especially as they go through the sleepless nights stage, as Michael seems to be grizzly through the night. Phoebe orders Gary to take Michael out for a late night walk in his pushchair in an attempt to settle him. However, disaster strikes when a bomb lands on Ducketts Passage, causing chaos in the 1940s, and blasting Gary back to the 1990s… and a new time traveller as Michael seems to have found his way into the future too.     S4 - Ep11 - The Bells Are Ringing

    The time has come to welcome a new life into the world  as Phoebe goes into labour, but it doesn’t go as smoothly as Phoebe and Gary would like thanks to the midwife passing out due to too much alcohol. Make way for Margie though who steps in to save the day! Meanwhile back in the 90s it’s all doom and gloom for Ron and Yvonne. Ron devastatingly loses his pride and joy, while Yvonne makes a catastrophic decision that could cost Gary and Yvonne massively.  On the podcast: A full episode review of Series Four, Episode Eleven of Goodnight Sweetheart.     With the arrival of Baby Sparrow just around the corner, Phoebe and Gary are far from prepared. With the nursery needing to be decorated and furniture still to be bought, Gary isn't worried as he knows he can sort it by using money to pay for a decorator and then to fund a trip to Harrods. One major stumbling block though... Gary has run out of wartime money. A trip back to the 90s to request some more from Ron doesn't go to plan, as Ron tells Gary that he will only print some more if Gary manages to convince Yvonne's friend to go on a date with Ron. A tricky dilemma as Yvonne's friend is more interested in exposing Gary as a time traveller, rather than to go on a date with Ron. After a heavy night of celebrating two stag parties, Gary isn't helped by the fact that Yvonne has turned off his alarm clock. When Gary does finally make it back to the 1940s, he is met with an emotionally charged Phoebe, who seems to be experiencing cold feet herself. Will the wedding actually go ahead?
