Her career spans both public and private companies as well as agency leadership, and she is recognized for building high-performing teams, elevating executive visibility, and delivering disciplined, purpose-driven communications. Will Briggs brings over a decade of experience in technology and security sales with a focus on strategic channel program development, distribution, and partner relationships and profitability. As SVP of Global Channels, Will leads our go-to-market alignment and operational efficiencies with our EMEA and ANZ Channel efforts. He also has responsibility for the channel strategy, vision, and execution of the Arctic Wolf Partner Program globally. Will oversaw Arctic Wolf's transition to a 100 percent channel go-to-market strategy, and along with his dedicated channel sales and marketing team, Will launched the Arctic Wolf Partner Portal and the Arctic Wolf On-Demand Training Program. Prior to Arctic Wolf, Will specialized in growing the channel business with top partners at Code42, Dell EMC and Compellent Technologies. Todd Warner is the SVP of Customer Success at Arctic Wolf, where he focuses on taking care of our customers and leading the CS team. With 10+ years leading and building CS teams and 10+ years in various sales roles, he has learned the importance of listening to customers and working toward outcomes that best suit their needs. Prior to joining AW in 2017, he helped build out the Customer Success function at Code42 which is where he first learned about the importance of Customer Success in a subscription business. Additional sales experience at Dell/Compellent and a local MSP/VAR have also brought additional perspective to the Arctic Wolf go to market motion. Outside of work, Todd is busy with his family (wife, 3 kids, and a dog), and enjoys travel, fly fishing, golf and reading when able. Interested in running with the pack?
