Exactly How I Run My Business on Claude Every Day | Ep 103

In this episode I walk you through my actual day and show you exactly how I use Claude to run Resolve Business Coaching. Not theory, not a list of apps. The real routine that saves me 10 to 15 hours a week, and in some weeks closer to 20. I start in the car on the school run, using voice mode to triage my inbox and get replies sitting in my drafts folder before I walk in the door. From there I cover the two daily briefings that fire before I open my laptop, one on my numbers and meetings pulled from Xero and my calendar, one on the last 24 hours in AI and social media with content ideas built off it. I go through why I keep a Claude project for every single client, using Krisp to capture face to face meeting notes, building workshop slide decks and proposals in Claude Design, pulling on brand photos of myself out of Higgsfield, and drafting Instagram DM replies through GoHighLevel with a trained Claude skill. I also share the client of mine, a blinds business, who now runs his quotes through Claude Design and reckons it is saving him 15 to 20 hours a week. The big idea here is simple. Stop using AI to answer questions and start using it to do the work. And do not just keep it in the business. I have a project for our Vanuatu family trip and another one for bin night, because life admin eats your time too. Want my step by step setup guide? It is free. Start Here: The Exact Claude Setup I Give Every Client | Ep 101

In this episode I take you right back to the basics and walk you through the exact Claude setup I use to run Resolve Business Coaching, and the same one I'm getting my coaching clients set up with. If AI feels overwhelming, start here. One step at a time, no trying to run before you can walk. I cover getting Claude on your desktop and phone, loading it with instructions so it actually knows you and your business, and then the part where it gets powerful: connecting your tools. Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Outlook and Xero, so you can ask who owes you money and have the chase up emails drafted for you. I go through Projects for clients and jobs, Scheduled Tasks for your daily briefing, and Skills, which is just training Claude once in how you want something done so you can say "draft my DMs" and it does it your way. Then the newer stuff: voice mode can finally reach your connectors, so you can do your inbox from the car. Claude Design for slide decks, proposals and flyers. The Chrome extension for working on your website and CRM. And Higgsfield plugged into Claude for the AI images you've been seeing on my feed, dragon included. This is the stuff that saves you hours every week and lifts how professional your business looks at the same time. Want to learn it hands on? I run fully funded workshops for eligible business owners across Kiama, Wollongong and the Illawarra. DM me on Instagram @glennhaworth_coach with the word "workshop" and I'll send you the details. Not local? DM me "GROW" and I'll tell you about coaching and the Resolve Business Club.

The Return of Haworth Guitars: Meet The Basement Unplugged with Jackie & Kai | Ep 98

In this special episode of the Business Breakthrough Podcast, I sit down with Jackie and Kai, the new owners of what was once Haworth Guitars, now reborn as The Basement Unplugged. Haworth Guitars was my family's baby for decades. My dad Phil started building guitars out of our garage in Kiama Downs back in the 80s. I took the business on in my mid-20s, scaled it to multiple stores, a music school, e-commerce, and a 70K+ Instagram following before selling it in 2024. Now, a few years on, Jackie and Kai have stepped in to write the next chapter, and they're absolutely smashing it. We unpack: How a vision board literally manifested this business into their handsWhy Kai (a young muso building bass guitars) saw the opportunity nobody else didThe mother-and-son dynamic of running a business togetherWhy they're doubling down on local community, face-to-face experience, and the "rockstar moment" instead of chasing onlineThe shift happening in retail right now and why "come in, jam, and feel it" beats "click and ship"Their plans to bring music, events, and culture back to the Illawarra music scene🎸 Plus a massive announcement: Free Restring Day on Saturday June 13th, 10am – 4pm at 2/22 Durgadin Drive, Albion Park Rail. Bring any standard acoustic or electric, get it restrung for FREE with strings included (sponsored by D'Addario). Live music. Sausage sizzle. Discounted servicing. Get there early, there should be a line out the door. This episode is about legacy, passion, taking imperfect action, and what happens when the right people pick up the torch. If you love stories about family business, local entrepreneurship, and people who back themselves, you'll love this one. 📍 The Basement Unplugged — 2/22 Durgadin Drive, Albion Park Rail📅 Free Restring Day — Saturday June 13th, 10am📲 Follow @glennhaworth_coach for more
