    14. Shaving my head and Ego 💀

    In 2019 I experienced a major ego 💀 and after that I had an easier time telling my ego “I didn’t ask for your opinion dude” and move on with my life (for the most part). First things first. “Ego 💀 ” is not implying I now have no ego. My ego is still there and that is freaking good (‘cause it has a function). However, what happens by an ego 💀 is simply the diminishing of the control and power the ego has through a controversial conscious act (seen from the egos point of view that is) that results in….nothing. Aka you are still safe although the ego tried to keep you from doing something because it was 💯 positive you would be very very very unsafe if you did exactly that.     13. My Past Life Regression experience

    A few weeks ago I particiapted in a Past Life Regressaiojn workshop and my experience was, simply put, MINDBLOWING. This workshop had been postponed 6 months due to circumstances nevertheless the reason for this was uncovered as I joined the workshop in January 2024. In this episode I'm sharing with you the past life I experienced as well as a future life and the learnings and insights that I walked away with which added to my own self-discovery journey.     12. How I use tarot readings as a self-development practice

    Self-development is a life-long process and there are a million different ways we can embark on this journey. I personally enjoy to go and get a tarot reading that provides me with a magical experience (I love me one of those), prompts to review and work on specific areas in my life (those cards know exactly what you're currently avoiding to face) and connect with a human in the metaphysics space. What is here not to love?     10. How I used Human Design in my self-discovery journey

    I came across Human Design in 2019 and have been experimenting with it's teachings now for a little over 4 years. The impact this HD experiment has had on myself and my life has been evident and I credit this approach to being a crucial aspect to my manifestations and personal success - which is funny because my Projector state of alignment is "success". If Human Design is completely new to you, I will give you a top level introduction to this self-discovery system and below you can find some amazing resources that I have been using myself for my own HD research.
