Midsummer Horror Nights 2026 Hollywood Update

The Horror Nerds are back from Midsummer Scream, barrelling home on the Horror Nights Crazy Train, and they've brought with them a bevy of announcements! To begin, they analyze a quartet of previously announced houses - the tribute to the madman of heavy metal himself with Ozzy Osborne: Prince of Darkness; the twisted world of the necronomicon heating up with Evil Dead Burn; a carnival that's out of this world in Killer Klownz from Outer Space; and a visit to the Deville Family Funeral Home, where guests can apply to join the residents in the original maze Dead, Deader, Deadest. Not content to leave you without the latest updates, Undead Ed drops in to recap the news from the Horror Nights Midsummer Scream panel - the return of Art the Clown as he terrorizes the Terror Tram, this time showcasing his own brutal version of the Chrsitmas season, with Ice Nine Kills supporting with their own brutal twists on classic Christmas Carols. and a new twist on the Latin American horror maze as Horror Nights prepares to help celebrate a KILLceañera, with Slash dropping by to provide the music. If that's not enough, we've got scarezones - El Circo de la Muerte, the Blood Bog, Hackerz, Murder of Crowz, Shriek of the Banshee, the Death Eaters returning to Hogsmeade, Purge: Dangerous Waters taking up its residency in the Waterworld Theater, and even Fortnite dropping in with a new Fortnite-mares Scare Zone! Oh, and if you're at horror nights this year, you might want to keep an eye out not only for the return of a roaming Art the Clown, but for the newest Horror Icon as Nikki from Obsession joins the carnage... It's all here, folks!

Halloween Horror Nights 2026 Hollywood Summer Update

The sun is shining, the pool is open, the grill is hot... and your loyal Horror Nerds are squarely focused on the most interesting aspect of the summer months: the latest announcements for Halloween Horror Nights 2026, of course! With Undead Ed back at the studio following an injury, and joined by Ceno-Al, newly minted leader of the Cenobites, the Nerds are back and better than ever as they bring you blockbuster after blockbuster. First, Horror Nights dips a toe into prestige cinema with a house based on Ryan Coogler's smash hit Sinners. Unsatisfied with resting on its laurels, Horror Nights followed up with announcements for Stranger Things 5, rounding out a long legacy of Eleven and the Upside Down making appearances at the event, and brought a long sought after 80s property with Hellraiser. How will Murdy and his Horror Nights team translate the unique musical aspects of Sinners to the walk through experience? Will Stranger Things go out with a bang, or with a whimper? And will Hellraiser be able to live up to expectations created by decades of fan demand? The Nerds don't have any answers, but they sure like to yap about it anyways! As if that's not enough horror for your July, we're also covering the arrival of Resident Evil at Horror Unleashed in Las Vegas, construction pointing to a certain group of Killer Klownz from Outer Space returning to the event, and new evidence that Art the Clown of Terrifier fame is taking over and bringing us the Terrifier Tram this year. All the news, discussion, and speculation you could ever want - and then some!
