The bad news is that it’s been a minute since Jars of Clay released an album of new music, and no one knows if there will ever be another one.
The good news is that all of their old music is still available, and almost all of it holds up remarkably well.
The better news is that Podcast on a Stick is here to help Jars fans—old and new—appreciate the artistry and influence of this singularly talented group of guys who took the music world by storm in 1995, and whose courageous and poetic lyricism still resonates today.
Mike and Bobby are true fans who talk through each Jars of Clay album respectfully but candidly. Insights about background, production, the stories behind the songs, and their own personal encounters with the music give each episode an intimate and personal touch. Another plus are the audio clips included with each episode (many of which I’ve never heard before).
If you like Jars of Clay, Podcast on a Stick will give you more reasons to do so. If you don’t like Jars of Clay, give Podcast on a Stick a chance to change your mind.
