#24 Ivan James - Lead With Polarity & Change Your Relationships

Send us Fan Mail What if you were wrong about the role of being a man and being a woman? In this episode of The Bliss Republic Podcast, I meet with Ivan L. James from Miami, Florida - a transformational embodiment coach for polarity. What does military leadership have to do with love, intimacy, and connection? In this powerful episode, Ivan shares how his 19 years in the military gave him the structure, discipline, and resilience that now shape his work with couples and singles. Through his concept of “leading from below”—a practice of voluntary vulnerability—Ivan demonstrates how real strength in relationships comes from openness, presence, and authenticity rather than control. Ivan works with singles seeking meaningful relationships and couples wanting to deepen their bond. He sheds light on the common ways we self-sabotage in dating and relationships, especially when navigating polarity between the masculine and feminine. He explains what it takes to: Break free from repeating negative patternsCreate magnetic polarity in relationshipsStay present with your partner in moments of tensionLead with authenticity instead of performanceAvoid the trap of becoming a “chameleon” in loveThroughout the conversation, Ivan emphasizes the importance of integrating both hard skills and soft skills—from self-discipline and structure to empathy and vulnerability. He reminds us that only when we are truly connected to ourselves can we show up fully for another person. Without that inner alignment, intimacy and polarity collapse. What you’ll learn in this episode: How military discipline translates into emotional leadership in loveWhy voluntary vulnerability is one of the most powerful tools for building trust and attractionThe consequences of not doing “the work” in your personal growth and relationshipsHow to embody your true nature and roots, rather than bending to fit someone else’s expectationsPractical ways to increase connection, presence, and authenticity in your relationshipsIvan is also an author, with several books launching soon, and he frequently hosts relationship workshops and offers personal coaching for those ready to transform their love lives. His approach is practical, grounded, and deeply transformative for anyone looking to build stronger, healthier, and more authentic relationships. #20 Hannah Haller - Why I've Chosen NOT To Freeze My Eggs

Send us Fan Mail In this episode we speak with guest Hannah Haller, renowned yoga teacher, health coach, world traveller exploring an off-grid life in her home in Maui, Hawaii. We connect over the fertility pressure women can perceive in their late 30's and early 40's. Hannah shares her extraordinary lifestyle, living on a 40 acre farm in a yurt in Hawaii and her days of travelling and the happy struggles before the internet and mobile phones. But Hannah is much more than the yogi with 500K followers on instagram. Her story is touched by adversity, life's battles with loss, heartbreak and grief. She shares openly and honestly, where she is at in her healing journey and how the loss and grief has changes her perspective on attachment. Experiencing a miscarriage in her mid 30's, Hannah has taken much comfort in her practice of yoga and exploring her dharma of nurture in other places outside of being a biological mother. Whilst Hannah is open to becoming a mother, her path does not include egg freezing. She has witnessed a friend undergo a $25000 treatment with years of IVF treatment and no success and would not want this to be her experience.[Disclaimer: this price is stated without any research from our end. Please do your own research to better understand costing, should you be looking into egg freezing] Considering the conditioning we all underly of creating a "perfect" family in our 20's or 30's - Hannah is not interested in making a pressured decision from this space and has come to a place of peace, where the core ideology is to make whole-hearted decisions instead.  Hannah emphasises the need for community help in motherhood and the network required to raising children, regardless of how independent of a woman one is.  If you want to know more about Hannah, please find the links here below: https://substack.com/@hannahshaller https://www.instagram.com/hannahshaller/ 👉🏼 If you’re getting value, hit subscribe! 🩷 Support the show Thank you for listening and subscribing!

#16 Lara SKN - Everything You Want Is On The Other Side Of Fear

Send us Fan Mail Welcome Back to The Bliss Republic Podcast!  I'm delighted to share that the Bliss Republic Podcast is quietly entering Season 2! A lot has happened since the last recording. I started this podcast. It's over a year ago that my life had fallen apart to the point that I lost my voice. Coming out of a highly ambivalent and thus transformative relationship, I had lost many friends who would not understand or even ask, what happened? I learned that you cannot be seen, witnessed or understood by those who haven't gone, where you've gone.  Out of necessity, I started the Bliss Republic Podcast. In a short amount of time, I had been supported by some incredible international speakers, who said out loud what I could not.  It's thanks to my podcast guests and listeners, that I found the strength to walk into the unknown. One foot in front of the other.  These men and women saw me, supported me and asked for nothing in return. They showed me a new world worth living in, all through their mindset and compassion. I'm grateful for the openness and camaraderie I've been shown in this space - for my personal unfolding. After relocating and undergoing some deep personal healing, I'm excited to share that I will be focussing on a new opportunity in my life, whilst taking the podcast with me! It's a very different energy this time around and I hope to continue with the unbelievable quality of guests I can invite for some unfiltered and raw conversations. Thank you for you continuous support.
