Love is an integral part of our being. It's necessary for each of us to have & to be a source of love in order to healthily navigate our existence. As Black Women, that necessity often goes overlooked. We're so busy being resilient that we forget to love ourselves & those around us. Once we skip out on love, we begin to neglect all our other needs as well, and the rest of the world follows suit. Our host, Lex, shares her personal anecdotes in ways that remind us to tend to our own needs. Black Girls need to rest. Black Girls need to cry. Black Girls need community. Black Girls Need Love.
