Sonal Patel | GCSE Prep I English & Empowerment Tutor

Are you a parent of a teen girl 11 to 14 and want her to thrive through the ups and downs of her life? If so, The Empower Your Teen Girl Podcast is the place to be for tips on how to help your teen daughter be happy.  Hi, I’m your host, Sonal Patel. After 8 years working in London NHS hospitals as a dentistry student and pharmacy technician, I became a school teacher. I then left school teaching to prepare students for their 11+ and 13+ entrance exams. It was because of a life-changing accident at 19, however, that left me with the ongoing challenge of chronic back pain that I realised: SELF-EDUCATION matters more than school education.  Now I run Rise Girls, where as a holistic tutor, I train teen girls aged 11 to 14 in English and Empowerment. And yes, in the UK, that includes equipping your teen daughter with the necessary skills she needs to excel in her GCSE English exam.  In this podcast, we'll be covering topics such as daily self-care routines, mental health hacks, happiness habits, healing practices, and forming happy, healthy relationships. Lastly, English tips to help her improve her reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills for practical daily application to real-world situations.  I'll be sharing actionable tips and my own relatable stories on empowerment to help you grow your girl's confidence, strengthen her resilience and form true friendships. You can also expect to tune in to some incredibly valuable and often vulnerable conversations with thought leaders, experts and everyday heroes who share their personal stories, life lessons and lived experiences to empower your teen girl.  My mission is to partner with parents just like YOU, so you can empower your teen daughter earlier to make her life much easier!  Instagram https://www.instagram.com//sonalrisegirls Work with me https://calendly.com/rise-girls/english-empowerment-student-success-plan
